Ideal location and Lovely Host
Traveled to Tampa for a two week project downtown. This location was ideal for me, easy traveling into downtown and it only took 12 minutes average travel time. Best part of the stay was the place, it was clean, tidy and well kept. Especially nice was no key, key pads for enter the front gate and door for room. The location is quiet and peaceful, traffic and neighborhood noise is minimal. Particularly enjoyed the sea shell pathway from the parking spot, I enjoyed this very Florida feeling walking to the room. The Host couldn't have been friendlier and accommodating; I lost my phone in Tampa, bought another one and needed assistance in getting online, Yuri made it easy for me to complete. I'm not one to be too wordy in leaving reviews, however, this place exceeded my expectations. The host and family are very congenial, polite and helpful in each aspect my stay, I will be using this same place in my future travels to the Tampa area!
