I needed a place to stay last minute for work. Due to a conference in town, all the hotels were booked. I chose to stay here and it was a great choice. The location was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again!
Our family really enjoyed our stay! Great location and great communication with the host! Loved the kitchen and chairs at the island. This is my 2nd time booking through this host. Absolutely love them! Would definitely book again in the future Wouldefinitely again in the future
Had a work trip that we flew into SLC and stayed here for the night. Was a great place that had everything as listed. Even if you’re traveling for pleasure I would recommend. Close to city center and plenty to do close by.
My husband, son and I stayed at this rental for a weekend to check out Salt Lake City. We were very impressed by the convenience of this rental. It is close to everything yet quiet. We felt safe and the bed is super comfy!

This small apartment was great for a visit to relatives in SLC. Comfortable, well-stocked with what we needed, and convenient. Loved being able to walk to breakfast and coffee shops.
Great spot, great location. Clean and pretty. We would stay there again. Only con was that I detected the smell of cat pee. My husband didn’t notice it as much, but I definitely did. It was still a good experience.
This is our second visit to this property/location. We have stayed in two different units and they are perfect for our needs. This is our new go to property when coming to Salt Lake to visit our daughter who is now at student at the U.
This was a good-value property. For the money, it certainly beat staying in a downtown hotel room with 2 queen beds and little else. It is a narrow space but came equipped with a small living room, full kitchen, and washer-dryer. Parking is right behind the building. There was some traffic noise in the front of the building but the bedroom is in the back and completely quiet. There was a very faint and generalized off-odor upon arrival/re-entry that we attributed to the heat interacting with the living room furniture but not objectionable enough to make us reconsider our overall decision to stay here. Pop some popcorn and close the bedroom door and all will be great.
My wife and I were in town for a concert at the University and this was the perfect property and a great location for us! The owners have done a fantastic job with this unit, and the space was great.
The Unit: Loved the living and kitchen space — full refrigerator and kitchen appliances, a washer/drier with comfy amenities (coffee, laundry pods, etc.), nice televisions, comfortable bed, everything clean and felt luxurious. The bedroom + living space was a great amenity vs. a cramped hotel room.
The Location: We spent a lot of time at the Trolley Square just a block away — great restaurants and shopping, a fun history, and safe and clean. Connected is Whole Foods and another block is Trader Joe’s. We had expected to need to Uber a lot of places to have dinner or explore, but there was plenty to do close by. Next to the Trader Joe was the Trax station, with a direct path to the University to the east and downtown to the west. We appreciate efficient, clean and safe public transportation! I could see this location and amenity being perfect if you were in town for a UU football game. We rode Trax to the University for our concert and then walked back — a nice walk through nice neighborhoods.

This is a residential area and you are extremely close to your neighbors, but that should not be a big surprise.
Safety was a big issue for us visiting the “big city”and we felt safe our entire visit.
My friend and i were traveling through Salt Lake City to Brighton, for a wedding but needed a place to stay before the wedding rental was available. our stay at this rental was excellent! Very clean, cozy, and comfortable!! Was such a convenient area, walking distance to shopping, dinning, and Whole Foods!
Even though it is located on what seemed to be a busy street, it was pleasantly quiet inside! Beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was excellent!

My husband and I went to a show in the city and decided to stay overnight. Location was convenient and although the property was on a busy road, the noise was minimal. Several coffee/restaurants/etc. within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy. My only gripe was that we could hear the tenant in the apartment above this one. Their footsteps, music, etc. Other than that, this place was great.
I really wanted to thank the owner for being so flexible. They worked with me and my schedule to relieve stress and make our stay enjoyable. Very fast communications. We stayed on the ground floor, and our apartment had a little patio in the rear that made it super easy to unload/load the car.
The parking is a little tight, there are spaces for 5 cars and there were 4 parked during my stay. Plenty of room for my 4runner, but getting in/out of the lot can be tricky. I was very lucky I have front and rear cameras, but if. It it might be a good idea to have another person help you out if you have to flip around in the lot. That said, there’s very easy on street parking right in front, and over several days, it was wide open if you prefer that.
The location was also great for walkability and Ubers/lyft. Would stay here again. We road tripped in and really loved the in-unit laundry. My spouse and I were very comfortable.
This place was great! Super clean when we arrived and easy to access. The off street parking spot was great. The place had everything we needed and was perfect for a weekend visit. The host was very nice and helpful, she made sure everything was perfect for us. I definitely recommend staying here!
