Perfect little stay

The home was perfect for my girl’s trip. The views are amazing and the living room was the perfect size for the four of us.

That Wonderful Mountain Home Feeling!

Spent a fall weekend with our son - an App State student - enjoying the fall weather and colorful leaves. This condo had plenty of space for us all, a great balcony, and all the needed items to cook for the crew. I can see how wonderful it would be for skiers of Sugar Mountain.

Great spring skiing.

PROS: Loved great room and kitchen gathering space. Well equipped kitchen. . Bunk room large enough to sleep 5 kids. Short walk to to slope and ski school, easy drive to Sugar Mtn base, groceries and restaurants. Short ride to Grandfather Mountain hiking and Boone NC restaurants. CONS: Only room for 6 to eat at kitchen island. NO light at kitchen counter or sink area so washing dishing and preping meals in the dark.

Very clean, stinks everything kept breaking

Super cute, well decorated, clean, plenty of space for our family! Walked in to a broken tv (young kids not skiing so we desperately needed that at times for entertainment), no hot water for almost 48 hours due to a broken pipe, no water pressure causing us to eat out which wasn’t planned so a lot of food went to waste. Unfortunate events but it really caused an issue in our trip. Cute place though!
