Rocky Top getaway
Great stay. House was spacious and perfect for wildlife observation. Enjoyed making meals in kitchen and loved the outdoor space. Nice private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. House is away from hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg.

Wonderful place to stay
We stayed for our annual sibling reunion. It’s a beautiful cabin very well appointed The management is very responsive to communication and easy to get a hold of we stayed over Memorial Day weekend so that was nice The location is also close to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge so that was convenient for food and other necessities yet it Is private and away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful property, room for improvement on property management communication.
This is a beautiful well appointed property. Lots of fun things to do, video game console, pool table and air hockey table. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice, great kitchen. The only issue we had was getting timely responses from the property management team. We ordered a pack and play, which was there when we arrived. However when setting it up, it was clearly broken, the bars on the sides were bent and the sides did not go up. Not safe for a 9 month old to sleep in who pulls herself up to standing position. I called the office just before close, she assured me housekeeping was looking for one and would call me soon. 2 hours later, no call. I called back, got the on call person, she said housekeeping would call me. No response. It's now 9pm and we have to drive into Pigeon Forge to purchase one. We could have brought one if they couldn't supply a working one. Now we have the cost of purchasing it and flying it home. I also reached out to the PM team to ask about the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, they only work with the light on. I was told a maintence ticket was opened and they would stop by. I don't believe maintenance ever came and no additional communication on the ticket the 4 nights we stayed there. I received so many emails from them the week leading up to the stay that I figured everything would be seamless. Unfortunately their actions fell short once we arrived.

Absolutely beautiful property and views. We went hiking, walking down the strip.. Went up to Anakeesta. Had lunch at Blake Shelton‘s red dog. Missing waterfalls Bears and even had a snake run across my wife shoes. I don’t think he could’ve squeeze another adventure in. Wonderful time with my wife and family.

Beautiful cabin
It’s a beautiful cabin, just as pictured. Kitchen is well stocked. Everyone really enjoyed the game room. Very comfortable den furniture, which was great! We left some tire marks turning the two cars around at the top of the driveway. I’m adventurous, but not enough to try to back down that drive! The location was amazing as it a quick drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would consider staying there again. A few minor things, I never received the check in code text. The person who answered was difficult to understand and it took a bit for me to get her to tell me the code. The cabin is extremely conveniently located, but that also means you can hear the parkway noise. Water pressure to the third floor shower was low. The beautiful decks get evening sun, so we were unwilling to use them until the sun set. None of these things greatly affected our enjoyment of the cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and the view was amazing. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the coffee pot didn’t work. Everything else was perfect. I would stay here again!

It is a great property in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy each other, the scenery, or some alone time. Plenty of small amenities included in the rental-soaps, towels, kitchen utensils, seating. Highly recommend this property!

Another great stay in Gatlinburg
Great views. (Even when storms came through). Interior is fantastic and comfortable. While there got to see bobcat, coyote, bear while on drive up and down.

An Amazing Week in the Mountains
This property was amazing, and completely accurate to the photos! Keep in mind this is in the mountains, the road and driveway up to the cabin is very steep, but luckily I was already expecting this. There was a tree down in the road when we got there- a team came and cleared it within 15 minutes! We did have an issue with the door code not working, but it was resolved by the check-in time. Everything else was excellent, I would highly recommend staying here.

This place did not disappoint! Extremely clean and well stocked and the views were amazing. Even ended up seeing a couple bears so an added bonus to a great trip. Will plan on another Gatlinburg trip and this will be our go to spot!

Great place I love the cabin
It was great everything I loved it they had everything nothing was needed. Great experience! Great views.. and enjoyed the Gatlinburg activity’s only problem I had was on the first day we went to cook burgers on the grill and the gas grill died on us. But my dad salvaged the meat by using bacon grease to finish off cooking the meal… the gas tank for grill was empty and up until this moment I have not got a refund yet but other than that great experience

Absolutely stunning home! The views and amenities are perfect. Close to everything, but secluded enough to relax. Had an issue on the first morning, coffee maker didn’t work. We called and within an hour a new one was delivered!!! Fantastic response, thank you!

Great place that suited our family well. Eden Crest Rentals sent many emails but all that was necessary was the key code prior to check in. The home was outfitted very well, just could have used some trash bags. Coffee machine was broken, and the dishwasher had just had some damage as a piece of the lower pullout was sitting on the counter. We did enjoy ourselves very much.

Fun stay
The cabin was incredible. A lot of room for people to have their own space. The Kitchen had everything you would need. The driveway is steep, but flat once you are up top. The view was the best. The cabin was in a good spot, you could be in downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge really fast. We had so much fun playing the different games in the game room.

Perfect getaway
If you’re thinking on staying here do not give it a second thought and book it right away. Our stay was very pleasant. We had to be in the house for three full days due to the winter storm and the cabin had everything for entertainment. The drive up was steep but they warn you about it in advance so we were expecting it. The cabin is exactly like you see in the pictures.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean
This cabin is new construction, but also quality construction. It was incredibly clean and spacious for all of us to spread out when we wanted it. The windows and balconies with furniture on every floor offered beautiful natural light and views. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Will definitely come back.

Great house, great location, great views
The house was beautiful, clean, had a fun game room, comfortable soft beds, and exactly as described. The location was super close to Gatlinburg and only 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge making it easy to get to any activity or dining. The views and decks were also beautiful. As other people have noted the road and driveway leading to the house are very steep, but we had no issues getting to the house. We would stay here again!!

A Breath of Fresh Air
Even though it was a little chilly, it was nice to take in the fresh morning air of the Smoky Mountains. I was celebrating my 65th birthday and wanted to see the sights where Dolly came from. We took the sky lift up the mountain to see the lights, went to the Dolly Stampede, ate at Ole Red, went to Dollywood, and many other places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
