Cozy with a mountain aesthetic, this spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom multi-story townhome is located less than a half mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort. Hop on the free City Bus at the entrance of the complex or take a short drive to enjoy the restaurants and shopping of Downtown. Year-round community hot tubs and a summer seasonal pool will top off your ideal Rocky Mountain vacation at the Moraine Townhomes.

Enter the ground floor, hang up your coat, and set your adventure gear in the heated garage with laundry area. A seating area welcomes you on the first floor with a bedroom with two twin beds, an ensuite tub/shower combo, and mountain view patio. An additional bathroom with shower is available off the seating area.

The heart of the house allows for gathering and conversation in an open concept space for cooking, dining, and lounging. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar looks out to the living area with ample seating and a large dining table. Cozy up to the fire, mix your favorite cocktail or mocktail at the bar, and cheer for your home team on the 55-inch Smart TV. End the day with more mountain enjoyment on the patio with comfortable furniture and Ski Area views.

Rest after an active day in either of the large primary bedrooms, both with king beds and ensuite baths, soaking tubs, and private patios. At the top level of the townhome is a bedroom with two twin beds and another full bath/shower.

Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary, on-call winter shuttle. Whether you are visiting Steamboat for skiing, hiking, biking, or general mountain enjoyment- Moraine 1417 is the perfect homebase while having fun in the Boat!

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in a beautiful location in Steamboat. The unit is well furnished and well equipped with recently redone kitchen and bathrooms. Easy process with check in and the custom shuttle came in really handy. Our only complaint would be that there are many stairs with 6 levels which made having young kids (we had a 2yr old and 8mth old) treacherous. It is also not walking distance to the mountain but the custom shuttle made getting to the slopes super easy. We used the hot tubs everyday which were hot and clean. We would love to return someday.
