Whether you are the relaxing type or the adventurous type, there's something here for you. Conveniently located minutes from popular attractions in Murray Hill, Riverside, Avondale, 5 points, downtown, and hospitals if business or family brings you to town. Travel Nurses Welcome!

Guests will have access to unit #1.

Please note that this property is a quadplex, meaning there are four individual units, and you will be accommodated in one of these units during your stay.

Riverside is one of Jacksonville’s oldest and coolest neighborhoods. Voted as one of the country’s top 10 Great Neighborhoods, Riverside & Avondale have a unique mix of history, culture, charm, and modern design.

Sleeps three. Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat screen TV. Some of the amenities we have include:

It is highly recommended that guests have a car or use ride sharing services since Jacksonville's public transportation system leaves a lot to be desired.

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

We have a smart thermostat in this place and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:

Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F

Please note that the patio located outside is designated as a shared space for both Unit 1 and Unit 2. As a result, it's important to understand that there may be occasions when the patio is not in pristine condition, as it is utilized by multiple guests. Since the patio is shared, it is inevitable that other guests will use it, and as a result, cleanliness can vary depending on their usage. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, but we kindly request your understanding in situations where the patio may not meet your expectations due to shared usage.

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
