Welcome to "Sand and Sun"! This unbelievable townhome is just a few steps from the sugar white sands and turquoise water of the Emerald Coast! Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, hit the beach right away, or hop into our complimentary golf cart and check out the wonderful restaurants, shops and activities along 30A.

Stunningly renovated, this home has a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, and much, much more! Enjoy the modern coastal décor and luxurious furnishings. The main living area features generous seating around our large Smart TV and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook and serve a lovely meal. The kitchen nook seats 6 comfortably with 3 additional counter stools at the kitchen island.

The master suite is complete with a king bed, two closets, a private ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tile shower, and a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The guest bedroom has two queen beds, generous closet space and a private bathroom. The bunk room has a custom twin over full bunk bed, closet and large Smart TV. The bathroom entrance is in the hall, next to the bunkroom entrance. All bedrooms feature Smart TV's! We also have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy morning coffee or sunset dining out on the two balconies with breathtaking views. There is a Gulf front outdoor dining table with 6 chairs just off the main living area.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit per golf cart, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance, must be received prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted. The amenities are supplied to get you through a night or two.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
