Good looking house Wanted to go to be in more of a secluded place but the houses are really close to each other the hot tub is right next to the neighbors drive up The “arcade room” smelled like the barbecue grills that were placed in there with the ping pong table so couldn’t really be in there for to long cause of the smell of whatever was cooked on the grillsBoth mornings nothing but construction going on right in front of the house. Would’ve liked more of a heads up that they are building a house right in front of the house we booked Nice area, nice view just not the peace and quiet we were looking for

What a beautiful small neighboorhood 15 minutes outside of Page near the Utah border. The views are gorgeous.The house was brand new and the neighborhood was very quite. This is a great place for anyone wanting to get away from the city or have a homebase for all the great hiking in the area.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great experience. House clean. Well stocked. Views can’t be beat. Hot tub never reached a hot enough temp. That was only complaint.

Relaxing and great place for a large family

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 3 nights with our adult married children with a total of 7 of us and had plenty of room. We grabbed groceries at the local Walmart and cooked our breakfast and dinners at the home and had everything we needed. The outside grill was great. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the outdoor hot tub. We had a situation that came up but Andy was quick to answer my message and take care of the problem. It was quiet and enjoyable with beautiful views. All the beds are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again. We used this as a base to go to Grand Canyon, Zion and activities in and around Page.

A Memory Maker

From the moment we walked into this incredible home until the end of our stay, we enjoyed everything about this house. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, with all of the small, thoughtful details taken care of, you will enjoy your stay here. We got up every morning at sunrise to watch the incredible views unfold and enjoyed the sunsets and stargazing from the porch. A minor detail to some, but a game changer to us, this house smelled good! Andy does a great job taking care of his guests and making the process run smoothly. 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful spacious house

Lovely house for our family - a much better option than a hotel. The hot tub, corn hole, basketball and table tennis table plus a selection of board games were great additions. Huge fridge freezer with ice machine and brilliant air conditioning.

The house was welcoming and had a great layout. It was comfortable and really pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, paper towels and basics. The large washer and dryer was helpful. There were plenty of towels, and even beach towels and a few camping chairs to use. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy and accommodating. It was a great location.

Amazing vacation

We were very impressed with our stay. The check in/out process was very smooth and well communicated by the property manager. The house was very clean, with the expectations for maintaining it well known. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect. It was remote enough for relaxing, but still close enough to make a quick ride into Page. We had 5 kids with us and they were able to be entertained during the down time at the house with the ping pong, corn hole, and the hot tub! It was nice to start every morning with a coffee and enjoying the view of the mountains in the distance. This was a great place to make memories while exploring the beautiful landscapes.

Wonderful!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Great views of Lake Powell. Perfect base location for Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Horsehoe Bend, Toadstool Hoodoos and even further out. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Lovely new development of modern homes. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

Very clean and great place to bring the grandkids

Very spacious new home with a hot tub to relax after a day of hiking. Lots of things for the kiddos to do. Enjoyed our time there. Would rent again here.

Amazing place

Our family stayed in this beautiful home while we visited Page. It is has an excellent layout, perfectly equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous decor. And all that topped off with stunning views of Lake Powell. Andy was more than accommodating with our requests, and communicated clearly & promptly. We have beautiful memories of our time here, and would love to return some day. We highly recommend Andy's place to others.

Great location, beautiful home

Beautiful, clean spacious home. Was great for our group. HUGE kitchen, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great entertainment for our kids in the garage, loved the ping pong table. Bath towels could be bigger, they are tiny. Paper thin walls, so bring ear plugs if with a large group. You can see the lake from the property, absolutely stunning! Close to the boat ramp and about 12 minute drive to town and restaurants. We loved the home and will stay every time we visit Lake Powell!
