THE SPACE -

You get the whole 1959 Airstream!

It has a dining area and a bed area with two single beds. Over 6' tall? it may be tight when lying down, the ceiling height is amazing though.

It has a shower, with an on-demand water heater, a flushing toilet (small holding tank so be conservative), kitchen includes- an inductive electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge, and freezer.

Tv with Netflix streaming and excellent Wi-Fi.

You will be in LOVE with the original double pink sink and the pink stove (stove for looks only, use inductive electric cooktop).

The hot tub area is shared with the owner who resides in the front main house. Please message Chad on the message thread to use the hot tub. AWAYS KEPT BALANCED AND CLEAN and 102-104 degrees. Please be respectful and careful when using the hot tub.

The right-hand garage parking spot must remain clear, you will park in front of the left-hand garage door, or, in the street.

We are right near many restaurants (The Pie), Oh Mai, Pats BBQ, and many more as well as Cinemark Century 21 Theater. We are minutes from Sugarhouse, downtown, and the SLC airport.

GUEST ACCESS -

You will have access to the entire private Streamline space, your own private fenced deck area. You are also able to use the hot tub, its technically shared (but with me, Chad, the owner, and I will plan on you having your space and privacy. Free free to message me if you want to coordinate and if I plan to use the hot tub I'll let you know as well) I'm friendly and cool and would love to meet my guests but I will go with your lead. We can share a drink, or a meal, or just say "hello" in passing. Whichever you desire most is fine with me.

HOUSE RULES -

1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 2 guests in this listing or on the property at any time, violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the "additional guest fee" associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 2 doesn’t necessarily mean it's all included in the nightly rate). You understand that this listing has full another independent space on site and you will not share accommodations with the owner but there is a communal High-End hot tub, in the back under the gazebo. Outside guests who are not part of the reservation are not permitted on the property without pre-written authorization from the owner, so they cannot come and visit you and stay use the hot tub with you or hang out on the deck. This has to do with the insurance policy and we appreciate your respect for this rule.

While some of the yard space is therefore communal, You do have a fenced-off area on the deck for great outside hangout space and it's got a great private feel. The garage is not for your use and you will get access to the left-hand parking space in front of the left garage owner. The driveway and front/and rear concrete are loading and unloading zones only. You agree to be respectful of noise and quiet hours. 10 pm-8 am.

3) While the owner does like checking guests in and will do this when possible, this listing is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Vrbo through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Vrbo platform on our listing. You agree that you are willing and able to download and watch the "how to" video links that will be provided to you before arrival and they will show you how to do key things pertaining to the streamline and its systems.

4) Fees: THIS IS A NO-SMOKING PROPERTY. There is a minimum $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. Pet fee: We are allowing 1

5) Quiet Hours are after 10 pm-8 am. Please be aware that you are below an upstairs living area.

6) Please remove shoes/boots from the entry as you enter the unit. SKI Equipment and bike or other recreational equipment must be kept in our appropriate ski rack storage area or your car only, you can’t place them inside the airstream.

7) If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $250 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund.

- WE DO HAVE EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA(s) for guest safety and for the safety of our property. The front and rear cameras on the main house, the side Cameras, and the back yard and garage cameras are motion activated and can record video and audio. The back garage camera is inactive and has been left up as a deterrent. There is no camera on the deck area for the streamline or inside any private space, and there is no camera for the hot tub area.

While these rules may seem intense, we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It's our pleasure to host you!

Alternations may result in some cases including change fees, as much as 50% of the lost revenues with a shortened stay. In some cases, like when a trip has already started or is close enough to the start date, there are no refunds offered for an alteration shortening your stay. It was a stay for sure

My only gripe is that the listing appears as though there is a functional kitchen, and there is not. The stove/oven is for looks only, as is stated on a sign pasted to the range. Maybe there is a statement somewhere in the listing that tells you that, but I certainly didn't see it so idk. I would argue that to list your place as having a kitchen, it needs a functional range.Otherwise, was good. Cute place, very aesthetic. Be careful with the table, it likes to come out of place and fall (despite making NO attempt to turn it into a bed !! Just had a suitcase on it)

Unique & Cozy

I wanted to try something different. Booked this neat streamline for a friend & I to stay in while in SLC for a concert. The yard is HUGE. Plenty of room for outdoor activities. The hot tub is HUGE. The neighborhood is quiet. Property was clean and the host was responsive. Would recommended & wound stay here again!

Very cute spot

We had a great time. It was a quiet airstream in a nice backyard. There was outdoor games and the hot tub. We didnt get to enjoy much outdoors since it was raining during our overnight stay. We had something come up but the owner was quick to respond and work everything out. We would definitely stay again.

Classic Airstream near the heart of SLC

Great location near restaurants…Pie Pizza, French Bistro we’re both near the property. I walked to Pie Pizza. It’s about a 8-10 min drive to downtown SLC, but I didn’t mind that. Comfy one person beds, it’s a camper. Other than that, if you RV, you know the drill. If you don’t RV, Chad has you covered. Great de-stresser for me from work. Thanks, I’ll stay again when I return to SLC. P. S. Hot tub was also large and super comfortable/enjoyable!

Nice Set-Up

Accurate listing so "glamping" expectations met, well set-up and private in back yard of home, easy check-in, temperature good (I was surprised). The stove looks brand new/original and is not for use, but you probably don't need it (burner and microwave). Hot water was limited and we did experience some septic gas fumes but we notified Chad and I don't think this will be a problem for subsequent renters.

A night in salt lake city area

Interesting concept. Trailer is upgraded but in dated condition. I wanted two nights, but somehow only booked one. When asked, 2nd nite was already booked; owner suggested another trailer s/he owned but further away. Turned out I had a change of plans and did not stay even the one night originally booked. When I asked about refunding the cleaning fee since I had not slept there and the trailer was untouched s/he refused saying the cleaner was on her way. Seemed k

Why they chose this property

We are in a great spot and we are set back way off the street. It is a lite commercial/residential mixed-use area. You can hear some street traffic and the car wash occasionally but it's really quite peaceful back in the Streamline!

What makes this property unique

Millcreek Lite Rail (trax) and several bus stops are near. You can also grab an electric scooter and zip around easily.
