Updated older home in quiet neighborhood. We saw several skunks and a fox roaming the neighborhood in the evening. Peaceful home, close to nature near the national park. House is dated but adequate and clean. Comfortable bed and spacious living area.
Maison très sympathique
A proximité des parks de redwood de prairycreek et humbolt et de mystèry tree
Très confortable de restauration récente et de plain pied.
This updated home with easy access to 101 is the perfect location if you are visiting the Redwood National and State Parks. The house is clean and comfortable and the area is very quiet.
The house was great! Very comfortable, everything we needed. Clean, tidy, plenty of towels and extras. We loved all the coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
The house was perfect and super accommodating for my family. Plenty of space, everything was clean and well kept. The owners provided alot of amenities with a fully stocked kitchen. I rate this place a 5 out 5. We're already looking forward to return in the future.
Lots of room and nicely appointed.
Everything neeed for comfy stay including many pantry items.
Super location to get to all parts of the park.
Not too far from Crescent City for supplies and gas.
Highly recommend for your stay in Redwoods park.
Perfect location for visiting the Redwoods National and State Parks. Centrally located, short drive to Crescent City. The property is spacious and comfortable. We saw a large Black Bear in the backyard on our final day!
House is roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is good for exploring redwoods north and south. But we especially liked Hidden Beach that was close by.
Perfect location!! We loved the beach that was 3 mins away and enjoyed the Red Woods NP that was also nearby. The home was lovely and confortable! My kids fully enjoyed the house and the neighborhood cats.
I’m so glad I decided to rent a house instead of a cramped hotel for my son and I. This house had everything we needed and then some! Very clean annd even fresh eggs annd milk in the fridge. Its in a nice little neighborhood as well!
We loved this home! It was wonderfully stocked, beautifully decorated. The location was as great. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area.
Lots of room in a quiet neighborhood. The master bed was super comfy and you are so close to everything. It was great for the 6 of us. Is it a brand new house? - no, but you can tell that they have taken a lot of steps to really care for the whole house and make it new. Lots of seating and the each room is thought out for what you would need to stay. I would love to stay here again.
This was a great location to explore the redwood parks. Don't let the neighborhood turn you off. The house was great, very spacious. Anything you could possibly need in a kitchen was there. Best coffee and tea bar ever. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful.
The house was very nice and well put together, and our host was very friendly when i spoke to her on the phone. It's a great location for a family who wants to see the redwoods and the coast in this region. Could not have asked for a better stay.
House was clean, quiet, and as described on listing. Well stocked kitchen to be able to cook ourselves. We couldn’t get the hot water to work in master shower, and the pipes are reversed in the other bath. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is pretty old and run down, but the location was nice to be able to access coastal hikes, Crescent City, and many of the Redwood hikes.
Because of plumbing issues here, the host upgraded us to another location nearby that was excellent. The host informed us of the issues on the morning of our check-in, so we were able to go directly to the other house. Great communication! Highly recommend!
My family and I traveled to California for a mother’s day trip. This was home was our last stop and by far our favorite. The home was so beautiful and super clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host were easily accessible and went the extra mile to help set up a fire to roast some marshmallows! Incredible stay.
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was comfortable and a convenient location to access all the different state parks. A little out of the way to access restaurants and grocery stores but not bad. Good amenities in bathroom and kitchen areas.
Our family came to the area to explore Redwoods National and State Park. This home was the perfect location in the middle of it all. The house seemed to be recently updated and was perfect for us. Everything was clean, laundry and pantry well stocked and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The house had lots of thoughtful touches like maps of the parks and a great hiking guide book. There was also a wonderful coffee and tea bar. We had a great vacation!
This home was a comfy stay. The beds were all super soft and comfortable. Host had all the basic essentials needed for our stay.
However, we were not the only ones there. We had a few uninvited guests. On our first night there, a lot ants found their way to our snack box. We picked up some ant spray in the next town over. There were ants on the coffee table and along the window sill facing the backyard.
Other than that, we loved our stay and really enjoyed the surrounding beauty of nature. Thank you 💜
