Perfect studio in style location! Close to everything that Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer. Sleep 2 on a very comfortable fold down couch. Desk for work area. Walk in shower. Nice kitchen. Your own outdoor space free parking. BBQ'ing or enjoying the sun. Shops, groceries , and many services are a couple miles away! Watch horse activities in the arena / pen, even pet & feed them when the owner is present. Even room for your truck & horse trailer. If you happen to bring along your horse, we even have a round pen as well! Ride 2 mountain bikes provided for you free of charge. Sereno park with a paved trail, green lawns, & a horse arena is just around the corner. Off road bike & hiking trails in the mountains are nearby. Situated on a large lot with horses and an arena. Citrus trees for your picking, (in season) Close to the 51 & 101 freeways that will take you everywhere! Close to Kierland Shopping Experience, equestrian events,, restaurants of all kinds, golfing, Barret Jackson Auto Auctions & more!

Tiny Home#2 - April 24
We loved staying at the property. Was all according as described. We enjoyed our 3-day stay without any issues. Next time hopefully there will be horses around to make it even a better experience. Definitely will be back here if the opportunity arises.

Tiny House #2 review
I stayed in Tiny House #2 for five nights (March 16-21). The place was clean, however, there were two things that needed attention. The sink in the bathroom drained VERY SLOWLY. I used the kitchen sink. The second item was security. One morning at 7 am I went for a walk. It was brisk outside (50 degrees). When I returned to Tiny House #2 I could not get into the house as the remote would not unlock the patio door. I called my host (Ana) for help—which she provided and I was able to get in. The second time I was inside the house and could not get out. The remote did not allow the patio door to open. My daughters helped me this time—though I did contact Ana. There has been no mention of $ compensation as of this writing, but because of the inconvenience I encountered, $ compensation seems appropriate.
