Drakes Place - Cabin to explore the Rockies - Near RMNP
Estes Park Registration #3345 This cabin was a carriage house which has been totally remodeled and updated for your vacation. The quaint living room is open to the kitchenette and has a glass sliding door looking out to the patio area. Watch the mule deer and other wildlife from the patio as you BBQ on the gas grill.
Off the kitchen is the Queen-size bedroom with hardwood floors, and a wardrobe closet. The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. During summer time, Estes Park is extremely busy; traffic congestion can make getting around challenging. We are located away from the traffic of town, while only being a few minutes away. The Rocky Mountain Nation Park Entrance is around the corner for easy access to amazing hikes and breath-taking scenery.

Property was easy to access and had just about evrything we needed. It is conveniently located to RMNP and is un a quiet private setting. We loved our time there.
Cute wooded cabin minutes from downtown Estes Park and the National Park. Super clean, fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, tons of extra personal items/cleaning and bathroom supplies just in case. Would definitely recommend and return!
Our first morning we were greeted by a herd of elk at our back door, not sure if it could have started any better! The cabin was nice, clean and obviously in a great location, it could just use a few more small creature comforts such as end tables and small additions. I would absolutely recommend Drake's place, especially during the elk rut. I would stay every year in late September if it was possible.
We TOTALLY enjoyed our stay at Drake's place. Jesse was so accessible for any questions that we had. The cabin was just the right size for our 7 day visit. It was sufficiently stocked with the dishes and cookware to prepare our meals. Another wonderful benefit about the location of Drake's Place was it was outside of the construction happening in Estes Park and just minutes from the entry to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved our visit and would highly recommend staying at Drake's Place.
It's a simple little cabin, but it's absolutely adorable. Clean and wonderful stay. The owner was wonderful to work with. Was fast and efficient. I have nothing negative to say. It's incredibly close to the RMNP entrance. My husband and I were able to celebrate our 3rd anniversary in peace, surrounded by beautiful nature. Would rate 12/10 if possible!
