No smoking, no parties; please respect our home, neighbors, and surrounding property. No smoking in the home or on the property. No marijuana on the property. If you’re booking this home for a party, this isn’t the right home for you.

The maximum number of guests is 10. No outside guests are allowed during the entirety of your stay. Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Your rate includes a $79 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee, which is required for all reservations. The damage waiver covers up to $500.00 of accidental damage. These damages must be disclosed to Valerie McFarland before or upon check-out of your stay. Damages deemed intentional, negligent, or pet damage will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the guest's sole responsibility.
We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests, you can text or email the property manager. This contact information will be provided after booking. You can expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.
