Terrible trip
I've never had so many problems, nor have I seen a property management care less about their guests' experience. We didn't receive the welcome email, so we had to call to find out how to get in, and the property management company gave us codes that didn't work. They gave us a code for a lockbox which also didn't work but we found a door code actually worked with the lockbox so we got a physical key that we used to get in, which surprised the property manager. It went down hill from there.
There was a leak and water flooded through the floorboards in the kitchen the entire week. We used up all our towels trying to soak up the water to try prevent anyone slipping. The PM company is really cheap with the minimal supplies they give you.
Then there were plenty of other problems too, the biggest being the AC can't cool the house below 80 during the day and the pool shower only has hot water plumbed to it, so it's usefule for a few seconds before it is too hot. Plenty of other minor problems too.
Property management texted us to make sure we had a "5 star experience" and tell them if not so they could fix it. We told them the issues and they just replied they hoped we'd give them another chance. No attempt to fix anything. We replied we needed more towels to soak up the water and they say they'd "put in a work order". We never received the towels.
Terrible property and worse property management.
