We hale from Miami, Florida but discovered New Smyrna Beach several years ago. We traded in the hustle and bustle of the big city, where my husband was a firefighter and I ran a non-profit.
Why they chose this property
Quaint beach town with a surfer vibe, great restaurants and the most enjoyable beach in Florida! The flat, clean, hard-packed sand allows you to drive your car on it, ride your bike on it, and play any sport.
What makes this property unique
The perfect summer house to relax in because of the comfy couches and recliners, the cold AC and the fabulous kitchen!
