I truly love this home. It's located in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood within walking distance to Downtown Nashville. The home is spacious and cozy offering plenty of room for large groups to spread out. The home has all of the essential luxury amenities you can expect from a five-star stay plus additional perks like 2 living rooms, a rooftop, and a pool table. This is a unique home with the perfect layout for your next vacation to Nashville.
What makes this property unique
1-mile walk and 5-minute or less drive to Downtown Nashville and Broadway Bars. Edgehill is simply the best neighborhood in the city. It's within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, and music venues. Another 1-2 mile walk & 5 minute Uber to all of Nashville's other hot spots; Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, 12 South, Germantown, Music Row, Gulch, Vanderbilt, Belmont, Edgehill, and Hillsboro Village. 7 minute Uber to East Nashville.
