DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
The host initially was communicative as we exchanged texts concerning the condition of the refrigerator when we checked in. It was filthy and disgusting and had not been cleaned at all. Expired milk and bread as well as other foods were left. A disgusting spill (unable to tell what it was) was dried all over the shelves. The host did ask if the fridge was usable, and I said it was but that I wanted him to be aware of it so he wouldn’t hold us responsible.
Other issues…cat hair covering the entire sectional couch (my child is allergic to cats), chair seat in living room stained, kitchen table top completely scratched up, crayon color drawings on dining wall, blood stained pillow shams (NO pillow cases on bed pillows) unknown stains on bedding, worn out/aged towels, dirty bathtub, NO extra toilet paper—barely 1/2 a roll in both bathrooms, dead house plants that were an eyesore as well as overgrown grass and weeds in front and back yard. There were no blinds on any windows downstairs just sheer panels that serve no privacy especially at night. The neighbors advised us they were not happy that the home was being used as a rental and made our family feel so unwanted and uncomfortable. Same neighbor interrupted our stay by mowing the yard (host never communicated to us that mowing/yard care would be in progress during our stay) We did accommodate the neighbor since the yard was overgrown and unsightly.
Host misrepresented property and amenities as it isn’t as advertised!!
