It was okay...
The home wasn't stocked well. We either didn't have or ran out of a lot of basic items pretty quickly. We needed toilet paper, salt, oil spray, kitchen rags, trash bags, the list goes on. We made due or purchased these, but others in our group had much better stocked condos. They also all paid less than us, even in the same resort. The views were okay, but you can only see the mountain out of the main bedroom balcony. No elevator made it hard to get all the luggage into the room.

Breck Condo by Snowflake lift
Excellent location. Free Breck ride just few steps outside the condo takes you up the hill to Snowflake lift. So convenient for our group of 8!! Second time staying here. Love the room set up with bunk beds having queen beds on the bottom. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had all the supplies you could need. Love the boot/glove dryers. Had issue with the plumbing in second bathroom toilet but maintenance fixed immediately. Would have liked more towels so could have enough for hot tub and showers but we made it work. Few more essentials like shampoo/conditioner, extra toilet paper and extra garbage bags would have been nice and assume if had asked front desk they would have provided more but our group was on the slopes during the open hours of the front desk and we didn’t make it a priority. Front desk when contacted prior always super helpful.

Needs maintenance
The master shower had black mold on the floor in several places because of a constantly leaking shower faucet and we could not use that shower. None of the electrical outlets worked in the kitchen neither did the microwave. These items should have been fixed before we arrived for what we paid for the unit.

PERFECT LOCATION HOUSE NOT SO MUCH
POSITIVES- The location was perfect. Walk right into town, hikes, gondola, shopping, and amazing restaurants. 5 minute walk to hit main street, and then 15 minutes to hikes and gondola. Coffee shops all within 6-10 minutes. The apt was clean and check in was very easy. Towels, dishes, and household items were all provided. Space is smaller than it looks but more than enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids. NEGATIVES- The toilet in the king bedroom was broken. The chain was rusted over and separated from the piece that made it flush. We had to lift the back of the toilet, stick our hand in the water and manually lift the piece ourselves. Additionally, the sink in the king room was backed up. It eventually went down, but very slowly. To be fair, we did not inform management, so it is unclear how quickly they would have tended to the problem if we did. They were very apologetic when I informed them of the issues at check out and told us we should have let them know right away. The bunk beds are in the loft and the edge of the bunk bed is pretty much at the edge of the railing overlooking the bottom floor. I did not feel comfortable having my little kid sleep there, but that is a personal decision. Overall, it was a good stay.
