What a great little house!
The neighborhood is very quiet and the houses and yards are very colorful, unique and interesting. Our host Megan checked in to make sure we were comfortable.
We were here meeting up with our grown kids, and they stayed with us. The backyard and porch are so great for hanging out together, reading, playing games. We lit a fire in the fire pit. Downstairs is a big room for watching TV.
Each of the 3 bedrooms is on a different floor so we had privacy when needed.
One night we walked thru the neighborhood to downtown Montavilla and ate at Ya Hala (80th and SE stark.) It is very good Lebanese restaurant! Also we had breakfast over there, at Redwood. I would recommend it as well. We got takeout from Little Saigon off 82nd. Good Vietnamese! One night we got Papa Murphy’s pizzas and salad, and had a little pizza party around the fire pit.
The main bedroom upstairs has the king bed but no bathroom up there. Was fine for us, but if you or elderly parents are shakey in the mornings, they shouldn't stay up there. Ground level has the Queen and basement (which stayed nice and cool in the summer) has a full bed and the adjacent tv room.
We had a great stay and would stay again!
