This professionally decorated Platinum-rated condominium has the best access at Pine Ridge to Main Street and the center of Breckenridge. The most discerning guests will appreciate the quality renovations, new furnishings, and special touches not found in other retreats. The views are spectacular with the living areas looking out towards the ski slopes and to Mt. Baldy from both bedrooms. And, to get ready for a fun winter day of snow play, you can use our hot air boot/glove dryer and warmer to get everything toasty before you head out!
When you book this charming abode, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!
The newly renovated kitchen is highlighted by stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including a breakfast bar that is perfect for quick meals on the go. The new dining room is set in a separate dining area and is ideal for formal meals. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV with your loved ones. Both bathrooms have also been updated with new cabinets, granite vanities, mirrors, tile flooring, and fresh paint. Both bedrooms have comfortable new beds, and a private wall safe to guard your valuables is located in the main bedroom.
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
