Spacious four (4) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This 1800 square foot Windsong Penthouse condo is the largest floor plan available at Splash.

This magnificent Penthouse just got even better! Just completed in March 2021, the newly remodeled bathrooms, the condo has been repainted, new flooring has been added, with many new furniture upgrades!

Our unit sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 10 people. if needed. Two King Master suites w/gulf view balconies; Queen guest bedroom; and a 4th bedroom with a twin/twin bunk bed. The Queen sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. Both king master bedrooms boast spacious bathrooms with large separate shower and garden tub.

Splash Resort Panama City Beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. Our family loved the condo and the views were incredible! The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping with Pier Park just a short drive away. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Condo with Spectacular Views!

We have stayed at Splash many times, and this room is one of my favorites. It was beautifully appointed. The bathrooms have been renovated and feel very high-end. the 21st floor views are amazing. The only con was the water heater in the bunk room closet made a dripping noise, so my kids couldn't sleep in there because they are light sleepers, but there was plenty of additional space to have them sleep, so it wasn't an issue for us. We would stay in this condo again!

Great place for a family vacation

The Splash Penthouse is a beautiful unit. The pictures in the listing live up to the reality. James is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. I cannot recommend them more highly for a family getaway. The only reason for the 4 star has nothing to do with the unit or host. The property maintenance was a little lacking. Garbage by the elevaors would never get cleaned up. Hot in the elevators. But one up in the unit or down by the beach, all 5 stars!!!

Amazing Spacious Condo with Great Views

The property was beautiful! Some past reviews mentioned a problem with pigeons...We had none at all. The 2 balconies were great for morning coffee or tea and evenings watching the "crab" hunters below. We saw schools of sting rays, manta rays, and even some sharks from the balconies and windows. James was fantastic to work with and we would definitely return if we have another group of 7 or 9.

Exceeded Expectations

Pictures do not do this place justice. This condo is wonderful and even better in person. We loved the updated balconies, housekeeper was a delight (met her on the way out)--takes pride in cleaning this condo. Everything we needed was here plus more. Views were amazing and owner was responsive. We had no issues with waiting on an elevator even though on the 21st floor. It was nice not having someone above us making noise. Would love to stay again. Do not hesitate on booking this unit.

Wonderful for Nine People

We loved this 4-bedroom condo! We had 5 adults (ages 23-69) and 4 children (4, 6, 10, 11). The little girls usually slept with their parents in one of the king sized beds. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. There was always hot water no matter how many of us were showering at one time. Our bed in one of the two primary bedrooms was very comfortable-kind of a memory foam feel. The views were spectacular! We all loved sitting out on the balconies. We saw dolphins and stingrays from our vantage point. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There was also a toaster, crockpot, and plenty of storage containers for leftovers. The dishwasher was used daily and did a nice job. We really appreciated the washer and dryer being in the unit. There weren’t good spots to hang wet swimsuits or towels so we just washed and dried them! The living room television was set up with oodles of channels available. However, the two primary bedroom televisions were not. We definitely weren’t there to watch tv all the time, but it would have been nice to send the kids to another room to watch Bluey! Once we were all hooked up to the Wi-Fi, it worked perfectly. We utilized the heated swimming pools often as we were visiting when the ocean was still cool. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient. We would chose this exact condo again!

We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. The condo was very clean and spacious. We were even able to get into the condo a little early on check in day and we appreciate the host for allowing us to do so.

Great stay at Splash!

This was our second year staying at Splash and we love this resort! So much to do for everyone, especially the kids. James' place was perfect for our family. It was super clean and had everything you could need. James was a great host and was great about communicating the check-in process and supporting anything else we needed.

2 years over due.

This property was phenomenal. Check in process was very easy. There was plenty of parking. Our family of 9 had plenty of room. The views from here are amazing. Seen dolphins every day drinking my coffee on the balcony. We would love to rent again. The place was clean and I am picky! Couple annoying issues, but they don’t take away from the property. 1. More elevators trust me get on when you can 2. Second balcony we couldn’t use because of all the birds and their poop. They are are not afraid of people. 3. The water pressure in the showers are not great 4. You must kinda wash your dishs before putting them in the dish washer. We just bought dish soap And had washed them. But a very well earned 5 star place! We hope to be back soon.

First timer and wont be our last time!

We had a group of 9 and we all slept comfortably the room had every kitchen item we needed for the week. Walls were sound proof couldnt hear the neighbors besides when on the balcony. We had a small problem which when i reported it the owner responding very quickly about it :) highly highly recomend coming down and watching the fireworks from the 21st floor it was the best display and in my opinion also safest with 4 kiddos. Only down fall was it was by the trash chute. We couldnt smell it until we walked out of our condo but the resort definitely did not do much to mask the smell of it. Which wasnt the condo owners faults.

Amazing place to stay!

This property far exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 9 and had plenty of room for everyone. The furnishing were so nice and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need on vacation. Pools were amazing, along with having a poolside bar to get mock tails or the real deal. View of the ocean was amazing! Highly recommend staying here! ❤️
