Do you have a work contract? Work remotely and need a change of scenery? Moving to the islands, but need something temporary while searching for a home? Doing Renovations on your home? This is the spot for you!! Just bring your suitcase, settle in, and head to the beach!!
One parking stall and all utilities included (wifi/internet, electricity, basic cable).
Guest room/Office has Murphy bed with closet space, perfect for your visiting guests. Blackout curtains in bedroom and guest room.

Walk to beaches, surf, shopping and restaurants of Waikiki.
Other Walkable Landmarks: Ala Wai Golf Course, Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo & Aquarium

90 day minimum stay per building requirements.
Resort Amenities: Large outdoor pool, hot tub, outside shower, club house, two tennis courts, BBQ areas, gardens with meandering koi pond. Surf board and Bike Racks.

Security: Security guard on duty 24 hours, secured building with fob access, gated parking garage.

Parking: First parking spot included. Overnight guest parking available through resident managers office. Second parking spot possibly available through resident managers office.

Santa Barbara native, who ended up in Waikiki on a one way ticket and a suitcase... My family dropped me off at the Santa Barbara Air bus, waving goodbye "we'll see you in two weeks". My grandmother, poking her head out of the car window, hollered out in her British accent "If I was any younger Heather, I'd be going with you". As it turned out, I found a job and a place to live in this very building!! My family ended up coming to visit me often. My hope is this will be your home away from home, where your family can come to visit and enjoy Waikiki!

Why they chose this property

This apartment is located on the Diamond Head side of Waikiki. Perfect location to easily get in and out of Waikiki when you want to, while not in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. Located near the Kapiolani Park with a beautiful serene beach walk to Elks Club or Outrigger Canoe Club. Perfect for a morning stroll or evening run. One of my favorite Saturday Morning activities: walking up Diamond head crater, followed by a stop a Kapiolani Farmers Market on my way home. Ala Wai Golf Course and Driving Range is right across the street!! Two blocks away from surf, boogie boarding, snorkeling, ocean swimming, beach bronzing. This place is a gem!!

It is designed for one or two people who have contract work to do in Hawaii, work remotly, snow birds, or those just moving to the islands but need a home base while they figure things out. The guest bedroom/office area has a Murphy bed and closet perfect for family who visit for short stays. Guests can walk off the property and enjoy all the beaches/restaurants/ and shopping Waikiki has to offer, no car needed.
