This nice 2 bedroom apartment comes with private patio, 1 vehicle to park in a designated spot once registered and professionally designed upscale finishes, your own kitchen with all necessary supplies for cooking new stainless steel appliances. You will also be able to jumpstart your day with our Keruig coffee maker. All items were carefully selected to ensure you experience quality comforts.

Each room has its own bathroom so that you don’t have to wait for your turn and closets that provide plenty of space to store your all your clothes.
Besides, second room has separated entrance from the street.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will be able to access the property via the electronic door lock for which the code will be provided the day of move-in.

- Code is changed out after each guest for security purposes.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

- BBQ : Guests are responsible for filling up the gas (could be done at any gas station)

- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.

- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.

- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.

On a final note. Insects, by far, are the most common creatures on our planet and the sunshine state is home to many of them. And yes, we have scheduled pest control services regularly to mitigate their presence.

- Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
