Outside so many spaces to enjoy, Jacuzzi, snores around the fire-pits, decks and dining area with BBQ. Open plan living, dining and games room complete with pool table & fosse ball. Not to forget the outside with many decks to enjoy sitting out and relaxing. make s'mores at one of the 2 fire-pits or enjoy soaking in the jacuzzi after a BBQ.

Guests have access go the entire home (locked closest are for owners use). Taking in garage is allowed and total parking for 5. Please NOTE the driveway is steep and may not accommodate some low profile cars. Winter ice and snow conditions can be challenging.

lake Arrowhead and The Village offers summer concerts, great eateries and beautiful lake views are approx 10 mins. Lake Gregory with summer lake activities, fishing, swimming, paddle board rentals. Lots of hiking trails in both areas as well as Snow Valley very close for winter skiing.
This is a residential neighborhood with full-time residents, we ask that all guests follow the quiet hours found in the house rules.
