PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Lovely
Clean and perfect! Exactly as described. We were a family group of 8 adults and 5 children. The space was great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large. kitchen was well equipped. The beautiful beach was 2 blocks up the street. Everyone raved about it, and we plan to make this house our annual family reunion location.

The property is very clean and it is a very close walk to the beach. Plenty of room for a large group and the backyard is awesome!

Multi family trip w/ pet
Very roomy and enjoyed the extra bathrooms for a large group. Pool seemed small but actually worked out perfect. Had a few items needing attention but the maintenance crew was right on them. Would book with this rental for my next trip.

Property was the perfect size for our group. Enjoyed the layout of the house. Would recommend a few more kitchenware items but the management resolved this quickly for us. Great service!

Great house
Great house for a large group. We were in 14 people with teens and kids and it was very good. The house was clean, location is good, 5min walk to a beautiful beach and hot tub was a plus for winter time. We just missed kitchen utensils and silverware, we had to use plastic ones on Christmas and New Year's dinner because the house didn't have enough for 14 people. Towels and tablecloth are very limited too.

Our short stay
Very happy, grandkids enjoyed the pool between the trips down to the beach which was a very short walk. Not a far trip to anywhere, traffic was a bit much at times
