Historic Old Northeast Carriage House

This 1920's carriage house (above the garage) is perfect for those who want to explore downtown. This 1BD/1BA upstairs hideaway has one queen-sized bed, a newly renovated bathroom as well as high-speed wifi connectivity inside and outside this cozy dwelling. What makes it truly unique though would have to be its close proximity (10 minutes walking) to downtown attractions while still providing seclusion enough where guests can relax after an eventful day exploring the city or enjoying the beach.

The space:
The Carriage House is a cozy standalone unit, It comes with a private parking space for one car and a fenced-in entrance located off the alley, you will need to go up some stairs to access the carriage house.
Once you open the gate you enter a private mini garden. Located in the garden is a drying rack for wet beach items, a seating area, and private wrought iron stairs leading up to the home.

Guest access:
This Carriage House has designated off-street parking located in front of the home for one car.

Other things to note:
Long-term stays anything over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a bi-weekly cleaning for $120.00 per cleaning (This is a full clean and linen service). A separate in-app request is made for this fee along with scheduling the cleaning day.

Just a stone's throw away from Downtown St. Petersburg, in the Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood, this is a great retreat for singles, couples, and business travelers. With quick and easy access to downtown dining, I-275, 4th Street restaurants, entertainment, shopping, museums, and galleries. Not to mention only a quick drive to St. Pete Beach, rated number 1 on the 2021 TripAdvisor Top 25 US Beaches list.

What makes this property unique

The Historic Old Northeast district is a peaceful neighborhood and was the first established neighborhood within the City of St. Petersburg. Located next to beautiful waterfront parks, acres of green space, and Northshore park with its pool, baseball diamonds, outdoor exercise equipment, tennis courts, and volleyball courts open to the public, this neighborhood is like no other. All of this and more are within walking and/or biking distance to the unique carriage house.
