The lively community of Blind Bay is located in a pristine setting on the southern shore of Shuswap Lake.

This Blind Bay vacation property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a front deck with amazing views of Shuswap Lake. The inside of the house is 1800 sqft between 2 levels and features leather furniture, a massive 50' TV and gaming system, TV, Wi-Fi internet, streaming services, stereo with Bluetooth and outdoor speakers to enjoy your music while sitting on the deck looking out over the lake.

The property is a fully fenced 1/3 acre and provides a safe place for the kids and pets to run around and have fun. If you feel like jumping in the lake, a short 30 sec walk will land you at the beach. You'll find sand, picnic tables and a protected swimming area for adults and young children. At nights pull up a chair and enjoy the fire pit while roasting some marshmallows in the front yard. Summer fun at it's finest!

If you have a RV or trailer, that is no problem! At the back of the property there is plenty of room for parking trailers and RV's. A boat slip at the marina 200m down the street is also available for your use during the summer months at no extra charge.

Not only is Shuswap Lake right in front of you, Shuswap Lake Estates Golf Course is a mere 3.2km (6min) down the road. Blind Bay and Shuswap lake offer everything you need for a summer packed with fun and relaxation.

Wonderful home on Blind Bay
We had a great time at this Blind Bay property. It has a very large yard which was wonderful for our 4 legged companions. The house itself slept more than our large group. It was well supplied with spices and pans. The property is across the street from the water and was lovely to sit out on the large deck. We would recommend.

Another awesome vacation for my Family with our 4 Young Adult Boys.
The place and location is great. Maybe our dog 🐕 is the happiest considering the ground which she can run around playing with boys.

Everything you need for a family get away
Very clean and well equipped with everything you will need (and more!), including floaties, board games, Books, yard games. Fully fenced so the dog and the kids are free to roam in the property. We loved the location! You can see the lake from the house, and it is within walking distance to the public beach. Stores and restaurants close enough if you need food and other supplies.

Nicely updated, immaculate house a stone's throw away from the beach and a local pub. Attentive, caring owner that will reply almost immediately and is accommodating to any requests. Book this one!

Bliss in Blind Bay
This little place is in a winter wonderland. Had so much fun exploring the area and then watching movies cuddled up on the couch. The soaker tub with plenty of hot water was nice too. Can't wait to return with our fur-babies!

Holiday in Blind Bay
We had a great time! The house is set up very well for families. When we weren't out on the lake we were on the deck or in the yard. At night the Kids were down stairs in the entertainment room. Worked very well for our family. Definitely would consider renting again. Fenced yard was a bonus for our dog as was the boat slip.

Perfect family vacation home
Was a perfect place for my husband and I with our toddler upstairs in the two smaller bedrooms; grandparents had their own space downstairs in the master bedroom. The fenced yard was perfect for our toddler and dog. A short stroller ride down the road was sandy beach which was also perfect for both the dog and toddler. There was a couple of restaurants a short drive away which were great and local grocery store had everything you could need. Kitchen, linens, beach toys all well stocked. Only feedback would be it would be nice to have a towel rack for bath towels in downstairs bathroom and cable on the TV. We would definitely come back and would recommend!

Wonderful property
This is a great property! Just across the road from the lake in a fantastic community! The dogs loved having a nice big fenced in yard to play in. Jordan was great to deal with and the house had everything that we needed. I loved sitting out on the deck every morning, in the sun, enjoying my coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful. Fully equipped for a family beach holiday. Lots of room. Clean. Attentive owner, yet inobtrusive, when we needed more propane he responded immediately. Not a lot of pots in the kitchen - our only complaint. Loved it!

Great location, great property and an amazing owner.
This location was perfect, it’s in the heart of Blind Bay and the dock is right down the road. Easy to get the boat into the water and the the use of the dock is wonderful! The Marina was super friendly and has rentals available if you need as well as a restaurant that overlooks the water. The house is fully fenced and that includes your vehicles, with nice gates that make for easy access. Lots of room for the kids to play on the front lawn while you sit on the deck and overlook the lake. There was even a family of eagles that were in a neighbouring tree that provided lots of entertainment. The house itself is ideal, nice big kitchen table, leather couch to overlook the lake, air conditioning, lots of room and super cozy. The owner made sure that we had all of the information that we needed before hand, it was also in a binder along with other information once we got to the house. Jordan was super friendly and accommodating and the people in town seem to really like him as well. The neighbours were also very friendly and welcoming. All around a great place to arrive if you have kids/pets as this location is set up for both. We have had a great time in Blind Bay and are sad we have to leave. Thanks for much for the memories.

Why they chose this property

We were first introduced to this area by friends, at this very house, and have been coming here every year since! Shuswap Lake is so amazing and beautiful. It just fills you with life!! Blind Bay is one of the most laid back and private areas on the Shuswap. After visiting this house for years, we were told it was for sale. It was an easy decision, we wanted to make sure there was always a place for us and you to enjoy its beauty. So without a blink the property was purchased. I truly hope you will get as much out of Blind Bay as we have, you can't ask for a better location to enjoy a great holiday :-)
