Relax with family and friends at our 5 acre secluded estate with Olympic inground heated pool, outside hot tub, 2 fire pits, 4 grills, outdoor & indoor bar, 2 gazebos with plenty of seating for family / friends. Enjoy deer and bird watching with morning coffee while relaxing by the pool.

Booking:
- 6 guest min
- 2 day min (e.g. Friday/Saturday) on weekends and holidays with spend $3500+
- Pets allowed under 30lbs
- Weddings flat fee $5500; two night stay; max 75 guests.
- Heated pool opens in May-Sept; outside temp must be above 75 degrees to heat. Inside hot tub is closed in the summer.

We are secluded on a 5 acre estate, heavily wooded, in what we call horse country. We are surrounded by 5 horse stables. Our home is welcomed to family and friends who are looking for a wonderful space to get together to have memorable moments. Be sure to review our beds setup as we have them together with what is called "pillow fight" style.

POP UP PARTY DETECTION:
NO POP-UP PARTIES ALLOWED - Only registered guests allowed on the estate, no visitors at anytime. 24/7 CCTV outdoor monitoring
UNFORTUNATELY - if you are looking to have a pop-up party, meaning book for 6 and invite 100 - trust us, IT WONT WORK! We were successful as shutting down everyone one of these last year.

Registered Guests Only - Only registered guests are allowed access to the estate. All guests names must be provided before access to estate will be allowed. Visitors and pop up parties are not allowed. Outside grounds monitored 24/7 CCTV. If pop-up party is detected, Will County Sheriff will be call for forcible removal of all occupants.
