This modern stylized private home is everything you need for an amazing vacation! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is made for comfort and relaxation. Prime location to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine, relax by the pool, and make lasting memories.

The Space:
SHORT STROLL TO BEAUTIFUL, QUIET UNCROWDED LOCAL BEACH which, because there is no public parking, is used only by local residents/guests. Plenty of beach chairs, cart, wagon, cooler, umbrella etc are ready and waiting for guests to enjoy.

The location is incredibly convenient and the car is not necessary. Walk or bike to the beach or the downtown area of Lauderdale by the Sea (just a 20-minute walk). Groceries are located at a nearby Publix grocery store (also just 15-minute walks) or walk/bike to Pompano Oceanfront. Not up for exercise today? Use the various free, golf-cart transit services available to all! Circuit, Why Walk Shuttle, and SoFlo Shuttle Service are just a few of the many available options for free (tips only) door-to-door rides up and down the beach towns.

*Guests must submit an ID to us before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule
*Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted
*Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
*Property is Pet Friendly & does allow dogs, would need to inquiry about this before booking. Would need to be approved & pet deposit required.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

Just a 10-minute walk away from the beautiful beach of Lauderdale-by-the-sea. A short 5-minute drive from the city's pier and downtown where you can always find an awesome vibe, live music, and plenty of tasty food. Very family-oriented are with lots to do! Lauderdale-by-the-sea offers a large variety for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options.

If you are looking for a great location to all the local attractions this is it. We are conveniently located between Miami and the Palm Beaches and just a short distance to Lauderdale by the Sea. Seminole Hardrock casino is within a 35-minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas Boulevard only 25-minute drive also has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of art, cinema's, museum of science, and discovery and Broward center for performing arts.

Strict quiet hours begin at 10 pm in the evening per city code.

Guests are responsible for presenting us with a valid picture ID and the names of all the guests staying on-premise just like a standard hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
