Stocked with everything you need for an easy trip - towels, fresh linens, full kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs and wagon, umbrella, cooler, washer/dryer, highchair, playpen, games, etc.

The Intercoastal Condominiums are private, spacious and nestled along the Waterway Mangrove Preserve. Upon entering the unit, you're welcomed by bright natural light off the massive balcony. The kitchen has full-sized appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and 4-top stove/oven. The cupboards are stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. A granite oversized countertop that flows into the living space which has glass sliding doors leading out to a spacious wooden balcony. Here you'll find an outdoor bistro table and chairs with lush views of the mangroves and the morning sunrise – perfect for your morning coffee, along with a soft to relax at the end of the day.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (brand new mattress April 2024), private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed and a twin trundle (all new mattresses Nov 2023) as well a spacious closet. The primary bathroom has an oversized, walk-in shower and the hall bathroom has a soaking size bathtub. Linens and towels are provided. Pack lightly - there's a washer and dryer with laundry products. The laundry space stores an iron and ironing board.

The outdoor heated pool has an onsite outdoor shower and bathroom. You'll want to spend endless amounts of time on the fine, white sand Indian Shores Beach which is a quick walk. The beach stretches from St. Petersburg to Clearwater so it's ideal for a run, a walk, yoga, fishing, building sand sculptures, and enjoying stunning sunsets on the Gulf Waters.

When flying into Tampa International Airport, you'll have a 40-minute drive to Indian Shores. There's room for up to 2 vehicles to park and easy access to the unit via one set of stairs. We value our guests and go the extra mile to provide special touches for a fun, invigorating, and relaxing visit. From water toys for the beach to cruiser bicycles, a beach cart with chairs, and beach towels, we've got you covered.

Great Vacation Condo
We stayed for a week in late Aug. We were a group of 7 and 2 small dogs. Justyna responded to all my questions promptly. The condo is spacious and sunny. We had enough very comfortable beds for all of us. The balcony overlooks mangrove trees, giving you the feeling of standing at a scenic overlook. There is everything you need for the beach in the condo. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach cart, umbrella and more. The kitchen is equipped and well arranged with everything you need. The huge counter was a hit with us. All 7 of us had many meals together. The bathrooms are spotless with many towels. We used the washing machine couple of times. The pool is nice addition. Very clean and secluded. The location is great for families. We went to the beach several times a day to watch the nature and for a swim. Just steps from the condo. Not busy, with a lot of options for food and activities around. We had amazing time at this condo.

What a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary! Clean and comfy unit. Huge deck and the complex was well maintained. Owner was so wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

All-Around Great Spot
*The location is fantastic. It’s right across the street from the beach and convenient to restaurants and attractions. We chose Indian Shores because it’s a little more low-key than some of the other beach towns in the Tampa Bay area, but there’s plenty to do within a couple of miles of the condo. *The pool is nice, and if you’re into fishing, there’s access to the ICW behind the complex. *The owner was very communicative and available to us, despite there being no issues with the place. *The condo was modern, clean, and stocked with everything you’d need to have a great vacation. I highly recommend this condo. We live nearby and I’ve already checked availability for another long weekend soon!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway with an Exceptional Host
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulf Coast 107, and it was an exceptional experience! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The inside is updated and clean with added amenities for the beach. It had a wagon, chairs, a cooler and even games for the entire family. The owner is super friendly and made sure our check-in and check out went smoothly

We highly recommend this property if you are saying in Indian Shores. It’s very clean and lots of extras like beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We were walking distance to a beach access and also a nice quiet pool to use.Justyna Was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed and even arrange for us to do an early check-in in a little later check out. We were three adults having a girls weekend, but I could see where it would easily be comfortable for a family too!

Gorgeous place close to the beach
Wonderful condo with plenty of space and a nice pool as well. We stayed 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids) and loved it. Communication with Justyna worked very well. As an extra special thing about this condo, the host has equipped the apartment with a lot of beach toys which is great when you are so close to the beach.

Wow! What a great week we had! Nicely updated condo with absolutely everything you could possibly need! Justyna has thought of everything - from beach chairs, toys, towels, a cooler and even a wagon for your quick walk to the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and were able to cook several meals in the fully stocked kitchen! Great House for Beach Getaway

Short walk across the street to the beach. Condo was as listed with a well stocked kitchen. The king bed mattress could be better, but our kids said we are just old. It was great having a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella to use. The pool was very warm. We enjoyed our stay.

Gulf Coast 107 Review
Loved our stay at the Gulf Coast Condo. The location is fantastic since you don't need to travel far north or south to find something fun to do. If you are after the ocean, this place is excellent. Although we had weather which was cool, the owners provided everything you might want to hang out on the beach which was very close (walking distance.) The condo was lovely and had all the amenities we needed to make meals inside or simply find a game to play on the cool evenings. Even though we had cool weather, we used the pool several times including just sitting out in the sun & reading. Well worth the money we paid. Highly advise it.

Love It at 107 Indian Shores
I booked my 1st retirement snowbird vacation. I knew the area well, and selected the condo for numerous reasons. First, location across the beach. Second, cost was reasonable. Third, pet friendly. Fourth, love the layout of condo. Fifth, and really most importantly was my communication with Justyna. She was very friendly and appreciative. Responded quickly to my texts and kept me updated about weather . My family and friends loved their visit. I already reserved for next year!

Christmas Break Stay
This was a great place for our family! We were able to pack light as many of the things we would need were already available at the condo with the fully stocked kitchen, beach and pool supplies, and various other amenities provided. Best family getaway at Indian Shores!
We just stayed at the beach condo from Aug 20-29th. Justyna is the most thoughtful, gracious host. From the start of our vacation, checking in was super easy. We received a welcome package which set the tone for our getaway and had lots of useful information including restaurant recommendations and what to do in the area. Justyna went way beyond to make our getaway comfortable and memorable, she was super thoughtful and always in touch with us! The condo is very lovely, equipped with everything you need and more for your stay! It is perfect really and exactly as described online. Beautiful balcony, abundant beach equipment including beach carts, chairs, toys & umbrella’s, full kitchen with indoor and outdoor plates, laundry, two bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, a pool and so much more! My large family of 7 fit comfortably! The access to the beach was just steps away and easy for small kids to walk to. The beach was beautiful, quiet and has the most beautiful, luscious sand. We highly recommend this condo and will stay here again!!!

Location! Location! Location!
This condo is sooo close to the beach - less than a 5-minute walk for us. The condo is stocked with everything you'll need... beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, carts, toys, etc. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and everything was clean when we arrived. We felt very at home here! The host, Justyna, is super easy to work with and responded to our questions immediately. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this is one of our favorites! Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Vacation 2023
This was our first time on this property and it was very welcoming. We arrived a day early and the owner was very accommodating. Any questions or concerns it was handled quickly or taken care of immediately. We had a short walk to the beach less than a block away. Justyna the owner which had recently purchased this property was amazing and easy to talk to. There was many things to do close by and many things to accommodate all ages. We did not have to worry about packing stuff to take to the beach it was all right there and ready to use. I would recommend this property especially having a great property owner and the location to the beach.
