About this property

This ~1300 sq ft. 3bedroom 1 bath apartment is minutes from downtown Buffalo NY full of entertainment . Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. House is on a quiet residential street with limited street parking. Very friendly neighborhood.

Main bedroom features a queen size bed with a 44 inch smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms feature twin size beds each with a 42" Roku Smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cookware available. Free Wi-Fi provided. Covered front porch with patio furniture. A/C available. 50" inch Roku smart TV in living room as well. HEPA filter air purifiers in dining and living room.

I live downstairs and always prefer to meet tenants for check in. Otherwise, lock boxes ensure there’s no need to coordinate schedules for self check in.

Home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

No cigarette smoking in apartment, outdoor on covered porch only.

420 friendly consuming inside apartment.

Perfect night stay

Drove from NJ 6 hours away to go see my Toronto Maple Leafs play the Buffalo Sabres and to stay for the night and when I saw this 420 friendly place I was like wow this is perfect. Lowkey and chill spot to hang out and relax and spend the night after a long drive and a game! 10/10 Recommend and I will be back!

Rest, Relax, Peace, Good vibes! Good time!

I'm a busy guy so I enjoy my peace when I can't get it. From the start with communications with the property manager before during and after my stay , the ease of check in with the lock box, to the pulled off after check out it was peaceful and pleasant. Everything needed to enjoy yourself or entertain some company while you making yourself at home enjoying your 420 experience. It's a big YES for me I will DEFINITELY PUFF AND STAY again and again and .... Again and you should too!!

Amazing!!

It was our first time staying at an air B and B but it was perfect for us it was very relaxing and being far from home It felt like a home away from home. I love how quiet it was and the owner was very sweet. We went for a Bills football game, let’s go Buffalo!! We took Uber it was close but not to close to the stadium which was perfect. I would for sure stay there again if I’m ever out that way.

We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend! Perfect location to everything in the area. You have your “whole house” to yourself.. Check in and out is easy. The stay was everything we hoped it would be. Have already made reservations for 2 more times in Nov!

The place is good only for too sleep (though most of beds are single in the property) not opt for a staycation. There were not enough bathroom in the property, lacks the number of mirror, washer dryer etc.

Wonderful Stay in Buffalo.

This is an amazing place for staying in Buffalo. Host was super cooperative( helped me to correct my booking dates). House was super clean, everything was ready for welcoming guests. The area is quiet and safe, close to everything you need to see. I really enjoyed my trip with Jerome’s place. Strongly recommend this place over any other around the city.

Great Vibe

We had a great stay, super easy check in and out with very clear instructions, the 420 aspect was great and the support of local business was so refreshing to see! He was super responsive to his guests and not overbearing either which we liked! We read a review for here prior to our stay that said it was clean for a "mans standard's" and we laughed at a couple little things that we realized why that reviewer had said that, but honestly we would stay here again if in the area!

Property was unique and exactly as advertised! Loved all the kool ashtrays and everything to make it 4/20 friendly! Beds were decent but a lil small of your a fuller woman..everything we needed was right down the street! Food liqour dollar store grocery store! Neighborhood was quiet! I’d def stay again
