Double booked

We were unable to stay here due to the host double booking. I'm sure it was not intentional, but we had to stay in a motel down the road the 1st night and was told we'd be in the unit we booked the next day. We found out he tried to book the motel room a 2nd night for us when checking out the next morning w/o lettingus know. We were able to get a refund, but lost 100 as he called it a credit for the motel expense. The location looked ok, but unsure of actual unit.

St.Croix journey

We were not given the room we booked online. Even in prior conversation Reginald confirmed that we could see the ocean out of our kitchen window. The furniture was also not as shown. Why is the furniture important - I am disabled and have back and neck issues. There are major cracks in the concrete in the condo we were in. It felt very unsafe. The entire complex looks as though it may fall down. I called Reginald as soon as we arrived to point out many of these issues. He came over and brought a male friend with him. He just laughed off my concerns. I felt unsafe bringing up these conditions again, due to being on an island so far from home. We did enjoy our vacation, but it is very concerning that the pictures shown are not the actual pictures of what you are renting. I even asked Reginald in my beginning conversations is this the pictures of the actual rental. He confirmed it was. In case anyone at VRBO is interested I have my conversation with Reginald, and I took pictures of the concerns of the rental. My advice to all is RENTER BEWARE. Angela T

Oasis

We LOVED it! The condo was clean and neat and comfortable. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, the complex was very well kept and the neighbors were friendly. The location of the condo was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to do. We were sad to leave and will definitely plan on a return visit. Outstanding vacation!!!!

Exactly as pictured and described!

Lovely stay at St C. I have been to St Croix many times and have always wanted to stay at these condos, as the view is spectacular and close to Christiansted. It did not disappoint!
