This spacious home, perfect for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The queen bedrooms offer high quality medium firm memory foam mattresses for restful sleep, with privacy shades on every window.

Enjoy lightning-fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The washer is front loading with larger capacity and a quick wash option.

The back patio includes outdoor seating and a BBQ grill hooked directly into the home’s natural gas.

For your safety, the home includes carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and are not to be removed.

It’s also close to St. James High School, approximately 100 miles from St. Louis International Airport, 35 miles from Ft. Leonard Wood, and 120 miles from Springfield, Missouri.

To allow our cleaning service ample time to prepare the home for the next guests, we are rarely able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please book an additional day if you anticipate needing different times.

A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more.

While we strive to make your stay easy, please note that this is a real home without on-call staff for tasks such as taking out the trash.

Keeping Cleaning Fees Low:
To keep our cleaning fees low, the base nightly rate includes up to three guests. After three guests an additional charge of $15 per night for each guest will be charged to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs.

This is a pet-free home to maintain cleanliness and ensure it is safe for guests with allergies.
