2BR, 3rd floor condo (w/elevator), featuring living room sleeper sofa and separate MBR couch. Full cable package, 2TVs, WiFi, parking pass and beach cart. 2 bikes available for tenant use. Pets welcome (w/addl fee- size/# limit, 80lbs) Pet beds, crate and basic supplies available. Clubhouse with outdoor pool, playground and fitness center. Walking distance to trails, outlets and downtown Rehoboth Beach. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans & daily necessities. Laundry room with full-size washer & dryer. Linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and pool towels) are included. Please be sure to return all items prior to leaving. Water aerobics is offered at the clubhouse pool at 9am on Monday & Wednesdays. Equipment and passes are included for tenant use. BEST value for location and amenities!

Guests will be charged replacement fees for lost/stolen or unreturned items including, but not limited to City of Rehoboth Parking Pass, Pool/Clubhouse Access keys, bikes, beach cart. Fun, friendly neighborhood setting. Please inquire directly for shorter stays, last minute bookings, early check-ins or special requests.

Complimentary coffee provided. Host will honor early check-in and additional services with advanced notice when available. NO SMOKING PERMITTED (inside or on deck).

Excellent stay

We had a great trip to Rehoboth while staying at Cheryl’s unit. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very dog-friendly. The location worked out really well for us since we split our time visiting with family in Dewey and Rehoboth. Cheryl was super responsive and we will definitely book with her again for our next trip to the beach.

A taste of beach life

The condo was was very comfortable & a great place to relax after a days activities. We mostly drove & parked but there are bicycles available. Beautiful pool.

Vacation

This condo is beautiful and a great location. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. If you are familiar with the area, you don’t even have to get into all the Route 1 traffic for shopping or some restaurants. Cheryl was great to deal with. We would definitely like to rent this condo again!!

Wow - great place!

What a great condo! We've stayed in many rentals but this one was by far the most thoughtfully appointed. Anything you could want is available. There are bikes/helmets/beach chairs/beach toys/dog beds/dog toys/beach towels - you name it, it is there! The place is even nicer than the photos. Super dog-friendly, great location, comfortable. Cheryl is a fantastic host and we can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay in Rehoboth

Owner was very responsive with questions. Location allows you to walk ride ir drive downtown without having to get on Rt 1. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay again

Best host by far!

We had such a wonderful vacation. The place is beautiful and clean and accessible to everything. Cheryl is such a great host. She had her place stocked with toiletries, sheets, towels, etc. she even brought alcohol and a dozen donuts for our first day! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect and everything you could need

This condo was perfect. Great location and gorgeous furnishings. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. Even little treats and toys for the dogs! Would highly recommend!

Great little condo with so many amenities!

We loved staying here. Kids enjoyed literally being next door to both the pool and mini playground. The condo is beautiful, spacious and has such cool art and decor along with one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had in a rental. There were a ton of beach toys and gear all stored in the front closet and a nice large capacity washer dryer to take care of wet clothes. Very convenient location to get to the beach and with planning, using the residential permit means free parking about a block from the boardwalk. The only bummer was my assumption there would be community grills somewhere. Doesn’t quite feel

Fantastic condo!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It is far more beautiful than the photos. Lovely decor, spotlessly clean. The pool and pickleball courts are literally adjacent to the condo. And the beach is just a few minutes’ drive. The owner was promptly responsive to all of our questions before arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The best experience!

Such a perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! The condo was so clean and organized. A sweet welcome note and treat to start our trip. The amenities were great and the location was perfect since we always drive to the beach anyway. Close to shopping and downtown. The provided Rehoboth parking pass was another great perk too! Communication with Cheryl was fantastic anytime we had questions and she let us know as soon as we could check in and gave us extra time to check out without us even asking. Truly made our experience so great, especially with having our toddler. Thank you for everything!

Finishing Touches

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. The home was clean, spacious, and as advertised. The finishing touches, however, help make our stay special. My family and I walked in to a personal note, there was a basket of toys and treats for my dog to use, and it felt more like a home than most vacation rentals. The owner was helpful and responsive and we ultimately had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend - especially if traveling with a dog.

Amazing!!

This rental was all it was described to be! Great location, very clean and warmly welcoming. Well-stocked in every area, all necessities were covered and more. My spouse and I had a wonderful and relaxing week, and definitely made great use of the pool and fitness center. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with in the event we had any problems (we didn’t!). Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Rehoboth! Thanks again Cheryl!

4 night beach trip

Amazing. Everything was perfect. The location was so great and an easy drive to the beach. The condo was so cute and clean and very thoughtful- extra beach toys and things that were newly purchased for guests to use. The microwave wasn’t working but I believe it was going to be replaced asap. I would definitely go back.

Great stay for August beach trip

The condo/apartment is lovely. Light, airy, roomy. Cheryl was very responsive to any queries. There were a couple of little 'glitches' (items needing repair) and she acted upon it immediately, taking away any potential stress. For our group (young adult to senior) the location was perfect. close enough to the beach (once we understood where to best park) but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The pool was beautiful and the kitchen was amazingly stocked...one of us even baked some goodies! Would definitely stay there again if going back to the Delaware shore.

Family vacation

Cheryl's hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. Leaving us a note when we arrived to have a wonderful vacation and letting us know to help ourselves to anything in the fridge. Also Cheryl advised if we had any issues or concerns not to hesitate to contact her. Of course, we had none Cheryl thought of everything to providing us with towels, sheets, paper products and a well stocked kitchen. Cheryl thought of everything making our stay so homey. We were so comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the parking pass was so nice to have for parking at the beach. I took the advise of another tenant and parked on Rodney St. Perfect all around and I highly recommend staying at Cheryl's condo.

Cheryl Crow was fabulous.Easy booking process.

The grounds and pool area were impeccable! The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated! We would definitely like to book again in this complex . On the other hand , I didn’t care for the various throw rugs in the condo . I didn’t feel like both bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned . There were hair/whisker clippings in both sinks and floor and track of large shower were dirty , as well as around the toilet seat . I’m almost thinking the bathrooms someone may have been overlooked their cleaning .

All the details and a great location!

We had a wonderful stay! We booked due to the flexibility of days (not your standard Sat-Sat rental restrictions), the location and amenities. Cheryl thought of all the details. It was wonderful to not have to pack linens, bath and pool towels! There were so many extras including paper products, sunscreen and shower products available for use. So refreshing from the other rentals we have stayed at over the years in the Rehoboth area. Being on the beach side of Route 1 made getting to the beach and boardwalk super easy (loved the inclusion of the parking pass too)! Visiting the pool (so close to the unit) in the afternoons and evenings was an amazing amenity. Even with it being the July 4th week getting a chair was no issue. Neighbors were all friendly and the neighborhood was walkable. The home was pet friendly, we decided to travel without our pets this time, the home is great for those with or without. Overall great vacation for our family. Highly recommend!

Rehoboth Gem!

What a wonderful stay my wife and 2 boys had at Cheryl’s beautiful Rehoboth Beach home. Cheryl was incredibly communicative and accommodating from start to finish of booking to check out. You can get to anything you can possibly need in under 2 miles from this spot. We had seafood dinners off Coastal Highway, amazing walks and experiences on Rehoboth Ave and tried out various beach locations throughout our time and were all within a very short driving distance. The home is so clean, bright and welcoming and you’re even greeted with your family name on the chalkboard wall (such a great touch.) It had everything you could possibly need (including parking tag for off street parking, key fob for pool and gym access (we used the pool every day) and even some pool aerobic passes if your stay falls when they occur.) The owners, renters and other folks in this area are so kind and welcoming. We cannot wait to come back next year and stay here! **Non pro tip-We tried parking on many streets when going to the beach. Meters are expensive and you have Cheryl’s tag to use for parking in NON metered areas. We tried Rodney Street (end of the beach non boardwalk) and it was FABULOUS. We encountered so much less of a beach crowd AND got to park right up on the beach access if you get there in the 9-9:30 time range.
