Welcome to your next getaway!

This is a brand new 2-bedroom cabin! Sleeps up to 6 guests, with hot tub and beautiful mountain views. Enjoy a cozy fireplace, modern kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Experience all the beauty of the Smokies, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Just minutes from all the action! Hiking, biking, local restaurants, and shops. Come stay with us and relax in our peaceful cabin retreat!

A 2023 built cabin just a few minutes from downtown with everything you need! 2 standard bedrooms - a king room, and queen room with some twin bunks in a common room downstairs. Enjoy some peace and quiet with your favorite hot cup or glass of something on the back deck or relax in the hot tub while you take in the sunset!

Valentines Weekend

This was the best place we stayed in & we have been to this area at least 6 times. Hidden neighborhood but within good driving distance to everything. The hot tub worked great, the view at night was great & it was our first trip with our puppy who also had a great time. Can’t wait to stay again!

Comfort & convenient

This cozy cottage in small development was very comfortable and super convenient for our cheer competition weekend. It was situated perfectly between the parkways to give us plenty of options for fun activities, dining & shopping while also being able to avoid a little of the congestion while making an easy trip to and from the convention center. The owners were very communicative and responsive making the whole stay easy.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a quieter location with less traffic which made it easy to get to the GSMNP via the bypass and to the Sevierville City Park for the baseball tournament we were in town for.

Our stay over Thanksgiving weekend was great. We had a couple minor things pop up and the owner was very responsive and addressed them immediately. The cabin was clean and the pac man game was a huge hit with our 8 year old. My only suggestion would be more hooks in the bedrooms for hanging things.

Cabin is located in a new build development. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, appliances new and worked great. Ryan was an awesome host. Communicated quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful get away spot!

This property was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location….quiet neighborhood but close to everything! The home is well appointed from the kitchen to the linens and other supplies. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. And, the hosts are wonderful. They checked in often and made everything really easy.

Beautiful place, perfect location!

The property was located in the "timeless resort" subdivision and was just as described, a hillside cabin with spectacular views off the back patio. The owners were very responsive to any questions and checkout was super simple. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return again soon ❤ Thanks for everything Ryan!

It's so close to Dollywood you can almost see it.

It was Perfect for our family of six, the house was clean and everything was in order. The Grandkids loved the spa and Ms Pac-man, oh and the bunk beds were also a hit. Ryan was a great host as he kept us informed and up to date with the home. We would for sure stay here again!

Immaculate Rental!

If you are looking for a rental that is super clean and very well taken care of, look no further. Cleanliness is a very important detail when I’m renting a house. This place exceeded my expectations. This is a great home for a family that has older children. The main floor contains the kitchen, tv sitting area, queen size room with bath. The bottom floor contains a king size room with bath, laundry room and common room with a bunkbed. The setup would allow for older kids to have their own area do hangout. Owners were great…great communication. Easy access into the home and the home contained everything needed. Great area with tons to do! We had a great time!

Wonderful place!

If you like smaller sized places, you will love this! It doesn't give you very much privacy though which is to be expected with its size. The only thing somewhat a headache was trying to figure out heating and air. Because its a digital thermostat it controlls both up and downstairs. Since the living area upstairs is a smaller area it gets cold and hot faster than the downstairs area. The bunk bed and kitchen table needed to be tightened but I addressed this with Ryan already. Just a minor thing. The hot tub was great and relaxing. Be prepared to wash towels multiple times though🙂! Ryan was really quick to respond to any questions! He did warn us about the construction going on and they did wake up my mom in the upstairs bedroom every morning. Super close to everything downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much! We would go back in a heartbeat!
