About this property

This top-floor condo (Unit 517) in the lovely Ocean One complex has stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. It was remodeled in 2011 to give it the feel of a luxurious beach cottage with a penthouse view. The living room furniture has been updated in 2021 as well.

The condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. You can walk out of the Ocean One complex to miles of running trails, or take a bike for a ride on the beach, or drive a short ways to the top-notch golf courses nearby.

This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Cleaning is included in rates, but 11% Hilton Head and state taxes are not. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay.

Ocean One has two elevators.

There is no sleeper sofa, but there are beds to sleep 5, and a Frontgate twin EZ bed that can be used for a sixth sleeper.

Hilton head gem

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend as a place to stay

First VRBO experience… The best place we have stayed in 30 years on Hilton Head

Stephanie went above and beyond and was very easy to reach. Beautiful views. Great location and we will be back here from now on for every trip to Hilton Head.

Wonderful unit and location

My family had a great stay and will be back if the unit is available for our next trip! It was perfect for my family of 4 ( including a 4 year old and 1 year old). The unit had a high chair and pack b play to use as well as beach chairs and toys! We ended up eating in for a lot of meals because the place was so nice! It’s an awesome location walking distance to coligny. Stephanie was communicative throughout the whole stay and super helpful!

Overall great property

We had a great stay overall with all the amenities we enjoy - ocean view, great proximity to shops/restaurants, and updated finishes. Slight cleanliness issues but let Stephanie know and she was very easy to contact whenever needed. Will be very likely to return in the future!!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

Beautiful clean condo that is large and very spacious. Very close to the elevator. The entire area is handicap/wheelchair friendly. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Easy access to the beach from a private access ramp. Very large and well maintained pool. Great location right in Coligny with access to unlimited food options and shops. The owner/manager is top notch with great communication including being proactive prior to check in. Will definitely return.

Perfect for 3 sisters. We love the quiet. We love Netflix membership available to us. We love view.

This was the third time my two middle aged sisters and I have stayed at ocean one. We hope to return in 2024. The condo is quiet . The pool is clean. Steps to the beach . We also enjoy the close proximity to coligny shopping areaera. We appreciate the Netflix membership. Stephanie is a five star landlord . She communicates well and cares about her guests. This condo could not be more perfect for a sister get together. We also drove an hour to Savannah and visited family in bluffton. The price for one week is reasonable. Five star experience!

Lovely

I must say I was excited when we got the email we could arrive sooner to our villa. So we packed up early and headed south from Indiana. The condo was as pictured, a lovely home away from home. Once we arrived we unpacked and began our vacation! We had everything we needed at the villa therefore we only communicated with the owner prior to arrival which was nice. The owner communicated everything we needed to know so there were no surprises when we arrived which was also very nice. Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about Ocean One and Hilton Head. Someday I hope to have a second home here.

Perfect Beachfront Condo!

This condo is perfect. It had everything we needed to cook in and was within walking distance to several good restaurants! The property always responded within minutes and was extremely helpful. If available, this is definitely the unit we will be renting on our next trip to HHI!

Perfect place!

Beautiful place to stay inside & out. Condo is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has all the extras you'd need for a stay. View of the ocean looking out the patio doors is gorgeous. Location is convenient to everything. Right on the beach. Short walk to shops & restaurants. Host is great at communicating and prompt with any needs.

The Perfect Getaway

I cannot rave enough about the week my two sisters and I just spent at this lovely property on Hilton Head. We could not have been more pleased. In the evening, we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix for free. The view of the ocean from our balcony was magnificent. The pool was not crowded. Plenty of chairs and tables by the pool where we sat and visited every day. Our building was quiet. We were unaware of other guests and families. The only detail which was not perfect was the TV remote in the livingroom. The OK button on the remote was either worn out or had been broken by other guests before we arrived. This OK button was "tricky." By that I mean the button still worked, but barely worked. The TV remote in the livingroom needs to be replaced, but that was an insiginificant detail since both bedrooms also contained very large screen TVs and remotes. The landlord of this property is exceptional ! When we arrived, she told us the coffee maker was no longer working, but she would be sending two new coffee makers to us, and as she promised, two new coffee makers arrived on the first morning we awoke in our lovely condo. Parking was easy and convenient. I would not want to stay any place else in Hilton Head. THANK YOU for a five star stay. We hope to return soon.

My 1st trip to Hilton Head

This property was very clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. Very centrally located to shops, restaurants and the beach. Owner was very nice to deal with. The beds were comfortable as well as the living area. Also took a boat to Savanna and a diner cruise.

Great location

The location is great however when we arrived at the condo we found two large dehumidifiers and fans running and the carpet was ripped up due to water damage. None of this was communicated with us before we arrived. And the equipment stayed through three days of our rental. The Equipment basically made our living room useless during that time due to the noise and the size of the dehumidifiers. Overall it’s a nice place and a great location however we would’ve appreciated some communication with the water damage before we arrived and maybe a slight discount for the inconvenience.

Decent Stay

The overall stay was great, but there are a few things wrong with the condo. Ice maker on the fridge did not work, missing some base boards, one of the showers did not work properly, but were able to do the job. The location was great. The main issue with this property were the bugs they were relentless.
