Beautiful House near Beach and Castle Hill

Beach house, Near Newport! Bring the whole family and pet!
Now is your chance to stay in a great four bedroom three bath home priced at a reasonable rate without missing out on the great amenities and opportunities a vacation rental has to offer. Just off the back door in the second floor is a large deck with a full patio table and chairs to seat four with great views of the house. On the first floor there is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well.
The house has two floors. The first floor consists of a dinning room and 2 living rooms as well as a bathroom. One living room offers a pull out couch that turns into a queen size bed. On the second floor there is 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, one on suite bedroom comes with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds, with central AC . The house also has a laundry. The deck comes with space for entertainment with a gas grill and table/seats.
Guest will have access to the whole house, the large yard, the back patio (and its amenities) as well as the two car garage.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
On the first floor there is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well. We offer towels, linens, sheets, bath amenities and more for guests.

Family Trip

Very nice stay with our family of 6 and dog. Host checked in upon arrival and was responsive when I reached out. The house was clean, kitchen decently stocked, plenty of room, and a good size yard (not fenced). The house is on somewhat of a busy road but it wasn’t noisy and close to shops, restaurants, and Newport. We would stay here again.

NOCS Graduation

Travelled in for OCS graduation for our son. House was centrally located. Easy to access beach, wharf and base. House was spotless. Beds were comfortable . Worked out great for our group of 7 adults. The owner was very easy to access via phone and was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage early into the home.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room (we were 5 adults), easy parking and well-located for our events around the island. Decor made it comfortable and deck was sweet! Kitchen is perfectly equipped and we made dinner at home. Owner very responsive to questions. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the property!

The house was a perfect location and just a short ride to stores, restaurants and all the attractions. The house has a great outdoor deck which we loved sitting on. Maria the host was extremely attentive while we were there. There were lots amenities including beach chairs and towels. This house housed 8 adults comfortably who were here for a family wedding. I would highly recommend staying here to others

Convenient base to enjoy the area

Our three generation family spent two nights while attending family reunion activities in Newport, Middletown and Bristol. This location was ideal; the house is on a busy road and there was traffic noise but not all night. We appreciated having several areas to gather

Wonderful Aquidneck Getaway

We went for the occasion of my son’s commissioning in the Navy. For anyone coming to Newport, the location was perfect and the welcoming, well maintained and superbly furnished home was exactly the right fit for our family’s needs. Marcia was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this property for anyone who plans to visit Newport, Middletown or any where else in Road Island for a visit!

Very Nice Stay

Perfect home base for 6 of us for OCS Graduation. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with Marcia was very easy. Location is very convenient. Only about 10 minutes from both downtown and Naval Station Newport. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for Navy OCS graduation!

This house was very convenient for our occasion. We had six adults stay for our son's Navy Officer Candidate School graduation. The location of this home is great...easy and quick to the base and downtown Newport. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!!! Marcia was a pleasure to work with. Weekend Wedding stay

My wife and I stayed with 2 other couples for a destination wedding. The house is very clean and spacious. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Short drive to the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport as well as shopping for groceries and essentials if needed. You will enjoy your stay.

Excellent stay!

We came into Newport for a graduation at the Naval base. Our whole family of 6, plus a one-year old stayed at the house. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was extremely comfortable and conveniently located about 10 minutes outside of downtown Newport. We had all of the things we could have needed from extra blankets to coffee and sugar. I would rate this house a 5-star. Marcia our host was very attentive and responded quickly to anything I contacted her about. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the Newport area.

Cozy and Cute!

The house is well maintained and very clean! There are plenty of ammenties for use in the house- towels, dishware, first aid kit, laundry, etc.Everything was very clean and gave a nice beach town feel. The rooms are well decorated and cozy, plenty of space! The house sits on a main road so you do hear some traffic, but its nothing too loud. It is close to town with plenty to do. We enjoyed out stay!

Bachelorette Weekend

Marcia is an excellent host. An amazing communicator and happy to help with anything you need. She made the whole process incredibly easy. The house is SO spacious, clean, and had every thing we needed for a girls weekend. If I ever returned to Newport, I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home
