We actually skied at beach mountain because we preferred those slopes and stayed at the condo and it was so nice! The two bunks were perfect for my two friends who came along. We were near by the alpine roller coaster, a food lion for some refreshments and plenty of great places to eat. The place was well advertised and the host was very detailed about what to while staying at the property! Thank you again we look forward to planning another ski trip next year!
The views from the apartment were stunning!Everything since the check in process, description of the place, near to the ski resort, everything was very accurate and so easy to follow.
The condo was literally right down the road from Sugar Mountain. It allowed us to ski in the afternoon & then have someplace close by to relax & then head back out the next day for some more skiing. We didn’t realize it until we got there but we could have caught a shuttle from the condo to skiing, but it worked for us to drive. Just something to note for those that might want to take advantage. The condo was adorable. It’s also in the building close to the clubhouse so it was a short walk to take advantage of the hot tub! Great communication from Whitney, the owner. It was a great experience!Do be aware the condo is in the 3rd floor & there is not an elevator. & if you take advantage of the hot tub/pool take the keycard with you into the locker room as you can’t get back into the pool area without it.
The location was great, the unit itself was great. It was the same as the pictures! Most of all, Whitney was awesome, had no problems communicating with her.

They need warn people they dont have ac
Was a nightmare my kids complained whole tome how hot and sweaty they were. They didnt get no sleep. I wish listing stated they have no ac or air things keep cool. A box fan might been a nice thing to mention to bring.
It was great to get away from busy city life into a quiet - off season mountain area. The place is beautifully decorated and has modern appliances and a real fireplace! It's a corner unit on a third floor. The curved drive can be a challenge for an inexperienced driver, but these are mountains and it's so worth the drive!!! Fresh air and snow in April! We visited caverns and the gem mine which are great to buzz about later. Restaurants and grocery stores are within an easy reach.

Needs some attention
Here’s what you can expect…
It’s on the third floor. No elevator. Lots of steps. The updates to the room were cute and probably nice when they were done. It’s got some wear on it now. The bunk beds weren’t “made” the comforters were tucked to make it look that way but the sheets were under the pillow so we had make the beds ourselves. Which is never fun with bunk beds. The dishes have to be put away before you leave… not just cleaned… so this means that people are likely putting away dirty dishes. This explained why many of the dishes and utensils we used were sticky. The whole place could use a good wipe down everything felt a little sticky and grimy, and the shower was gross. Things are kind of “rigged up” but I think they tried to make the most out of the little space. You can tell it was probably cute and quaint when they first remodeled. You can also tell it is a much older building, but the amenities were really clean and nice. It was fine for one night, but I don’t understand why you’d charge a cleaning fee and the room not be clean and the beds not be made. I shared our experience with the host and she was quick to reap with an apology and assured me she’d touch base with the cleaners.
