The gated house offers a total independent studio, it was totally upgrade, it is one block from the intracoastal, where you can watch the sunrise, also a few minutes from Riviera Beach Marina, where you can take the Peanut Island ferry. enjoy a plethora of fun activities including swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, snorkeling, and fishing Close to Downtown West Palm Beach, Manatee Lagoon and so much more!
The studio has a living/dining area, with a smart TV and internet channels, and a kitchenette, includes an electric range, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and a full sofa-bed.
There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed.
We also provide 2 beach towels.
The patio also offers a totally private seating area.
In the common area you can enjoy the mini golf, grill, firepit, laundry and more.
Also 2 beach chairs (first come, first serve).
