3BR Nature Escape w/ private swimming / fishing pond, spring fed
Just over the New York border, across the Delaware River, you'll find magic at the PA Pondhouse! Enjoy two acres of history and nature with modern touches complete with a large fresh water spring-fed pond, fishing poles, games, hi speed wifi, TV, fire pit, grill, garden, renovated kitchen, and more! There are several hiking trails nearby and the Delaware River is a five minute drive and 10 min to Skinner Falls (tubing). There are several wonderful local restaurants, although you may not want to leave the house!
There's plenty of space here to enjoy time together with loved ones, or to disconnect for personal projects. The backyard is secluded and the private pond is exclusively your's to enjoy. We swim in it just about every day, but we may ask for you sign a waiver for liability purposes. We have tubes and rafts for the pond as well! And plenty of backyard games.
