The solar powered villa is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home.

First level: living room with 65 inch smart TV with DirecTV cable, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom for 2, powder room and outdoor patio with BBQ and seating area.
Second level: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and outdoor terrace perfect for stargazing.
Guest access
Punta Del Mar is centrally located between Rincon and Aguada so you are 8 minute drive away from either downtown. You can walk down the beach to other nearby surfing spots: Sandy Beach, Parking lot and Pools, and restaurants in Puntas area but car is recommended for other adventures and to move around.

We provide concierge services and can help book: surf lessons and tours, yoga classes, caterings, massage or adventures.

Organic produce, pasture raised eggs, microgreens and local kombucha are delivered weekly to our neighborhood so if you are into these let us know ahead of time and we can coordinate for you.
