Renovated studio found on quiet tree-lined street, minutes to all three green line trains: B, C and D line. Easy access to Longwood medical area hospitals, St. Elizabeth hospital , Boston college, Boston University and Boston. Central air, outdoor space.

Renovated unit features a private direct entrance, hardwood floors, high ceilings, kitchenette with granite countertops, Convection oven, hotplate (unit does not have a stove or oven), large renovated tiled bath with glass shower enclosure, queen size murphy bed, Flat screen Tv, dining table and outside patio with table and chairs. Unit features central air, heating and in-unit laundry. Onsight parking available for rent.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Professional building, please be considerate of other tenants. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator that will take you to the property.

If you are bringing your car, Onsight parking is available at $15 per night or $250/mo. Please let us know if you will need a parking space and we will reserve the space for you.
we must know ahead of time if you would like to reserve the spot, if the parking is not needed it will be rented to another tenant.

Great stay in Cleveland Circle

Spent the week staying at the property while visiting family nearby. Great location on a quiet side street. Property was clean and very well maintained. Great place to have a private retreat during a busy week with family.
