Nice little home
Accommodated 5 people comfortably. Clean. Good location for Trail Hero event. Cost is way overpriced though. Lots of HOA rules like fines for parking on street after 10pm. We had to park 2 of our cars and a trailer a few blocks away due to limited parking at the house.

Needs some work!
We had a nice stay at the house. Not a great stay. The couch was broken, the supports under the bed frames were broken in all but the bunk bed room. Had some cockroaches and crickets wanting to join us. But the appliances mostly worked and the kids loved the video game and pool. Definitely needs a handyman to go through the house. Outlets, ceiling fans, and drains need work. The owner understood all the issues and helped where he could.

In need of some TLC
Lots of previous damage, broken couch placed sheets on top bc of cleanliness, bed support broken. Doors that are hard to close, faucet handles loose. No soap in bathrooms. Garage house door was filthy, I wiped it down. Could be a beautiful house with some TLC.

The front desk did not have our reservation from VRBO and it took 2 hours to straighten things out. The place was a little run down, fans not working, AC was a little touchy and the garage door wasnt working (which was fixed later by the owner). The sofa wasn't comfortable.
