Apartment

The apartment was nice but not many times in kitchen and no flat sheets on beds. It was not clean everywhere. The instructions to enter driveway gate did not work after a lot of communication with the manager. Thankfully gate was open the entire stay. Place would be great for a traveling nurse or someone who is just sleeping there.

Perfect for our needs

We had a great stay. The apartment was just as the photos show. Enjoyed relaxing and catching up on Netflix while we were there. Jada was easy to work with! Would recommend!

Short Trip to Memphis

We spent four nights in Memphis. Our experience was great. Jada was very easy to work with and we appreciated her response when we had a question. The rental was a little difficult to locate, but once we found it, it was perfect. The courtyard was an added benefit, as the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed sitting out there. It was decorated very nice. Overall cleanliness was great.

Great Family Time

We had a great stay! The home was just as described, and I would stay there again. That said, the location was different from what I was expecting. Descriptors like "Downtown" and "Gated community" can be true about very different neighborhoods. Arriving after dark, finding the gate open, driving behind the buildings through tight allies to find the correct building, the inner courtyard where the door is located, and nearby parking --all while respecting Memphis's crime statistics-- left us a little anxious. Things looked better in the daylight, and we did not see anything concerning (other than the gate which was never locked) during our stay.

Convenient and Gated

Our host described the stay and provided communication perfectly. The location was near the hospital, but in a gated community. We did need Internet access on our phones to access the gate into the apartment complex. The apartment was clean. However, the tub was backed up and the couch needed additional attention. Overall it was a cozy space, great central location, and felt fairly safe. It is not within easy walking distance to restaurants, so plan to drive for food and entertainment.

Wonderful smaller apartment

We enjoyed staying it was a perfect apartment for us 3 adults and 1 child to stay. The beds were confortable. And the host was easy to talk to and got back fast. If i went to Memphis again i would definitely use this apartment again.

Great Stay with Very Friendly Host

Jada was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The place was great (especially for the price). Parking was easy, house was very clean, and Jada had taken great care to set up the stay.

Great stay in memphis

This was a perfect one night stay. The place was clean and very well decorated. It had everything we needed. Jada was great to work with. Very good communication before, during and after. It was a little tough to find the place as it is in the middle of a bunch of apartments.

Great home away from home

Host was awesome, the house was just as pictured, super clean. Kids loved the snacks provided by the host we also tried a few of her restaurant suggestions. Right by everything you want to do, the zoo, bass pro shop, minutes from a mall. Only suggestions is at least have one app signed into as a guest so we can watch TV. I had to sign into my own Netflix and Amazon prime to watch TV but everyone doesn't stream so that would be great for those who don't have streaming services. Will definitely rent this home again. Oh n I love a good hot shower the shower head and water temperature was just what I needed to relax. Also it's a smart home you can tell Alexa to turn on and off the lights and tv.

Just Like the Pics, Beautiful, Clean

The place is very nice & immaculate, match the pictures as advertised! Very cozy, yet very roomy. It is hard to find the building, most are not numbered and no signage on the grounds to guide. Only suggestion is to add a full size mirror for us ladies and a magnifying mirror for makeup for those of us who wear glasses ;) Overall, the place was very nice and comfortable. Our host Jada was the very best host we have ever had! She made sure we found our way on the property, was only a phone call away and she welcomed us with a home-like feel. Thank You Jada! You are the bestest host ever, very accommodating! :))
