About this property

Well-designed and appointed. Tasteful. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is pristine and perfect in the village of Sag Harbor. Open layout, custom kitchen, two fireplaces--one in the great room at the rear of the house overlooking the wonderful gardens, pool and pool house and one in the front living room with views out onto a private front yard. Ensuite bedroom down and two ensuite bedrooms upstairs. The lower level has a work area and tons of storage and laundry plus a half bath. The back yard is entered through the glass wall of the back of the house through a pergola-covered dining area with built-in grill, sound speakers and seating. The lovely gunite pool has seating on the south side bluestone terrace, all fully hedged in for privacy. The pool house/studio is a dedicated work space with printer, half bath, sound system, TV and heat/ac is sited at the end of the property with nice views of the garden and pool and rear elevation of the house.

Loved our stay

Just a heads up to anyone who has mobility issues. The steps from the front room to the kitchen and to the upstairs are quite awkward and anyone with mobility issues may trip and fall.

90 Harrison st Sag Harbor

The house was absolutely beautiful! All bedrooms were ensuite and all the amenities were perfect. The large glass doors looking out to the gorgeous, private back yard with pool was perfect. It was so great to have a pool house for my husband and daughter to be able to set up and work in privacy. This house is a real find and so close to all the great restaurants in Sag Harbor. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Summer Get Away

We loved our stay in Sag Harbor. We were able to walk to town and the beach everyday which was incredible. The house and the pool were amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the house really had everything you could ask for. Vicki was a great host and we cannot wait to come back next year! Highly recommend!

Perfect

Truly the most charming cottage there ever was in Sag Harbor. The house was immaculate. The landscaping was spectacular. The pool and outdoor setup was fabulous! A perfect escape. Very high quality finishes and features. Even the linens were great. Highly recommend. 10/10 just lovely.
