Situated on the shores of Big Lagoon, you will experience luxury coastal living when you stay in this comfy 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo at Harbour Pointe Condominiums…a 10 minute drive from the Gulf of Mexico beach!
With more than 1,400 square feet of comfort, this unit offers an open air layout with a new sofa, 4 very confortable armchairs, a large flat screen HDTV and a spacious waterfront balcony.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a TV and access to the balcony with a large master bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with direct access to a second full bathroom.
The bunk room will accommodate 2 kids or young adults with a twin bed and its trundle.

Clean & Comfortable with a Great View
The master bed and furniture are very comfortable. Perfect view from the patio. The new dock was a very nice feature. Owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Relaxing Retreat!
Plenty of space, wonderful amenities, clean, and you can't beat the location. It's right out the back gate to NAS Pensacola, short driving distance to downtown and in the opposite direction, a short distance to all the Perdido Key Beaches! I loved sipping my coffee early in the morning while walking along water. Access to the waterfront is right downstairs! A quiet, relaxing spot to wind down alone or spend with friends and family.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The furniture and mattresses were great! View from the balcony was amazing. Comfortable furniture out there too with plenty of seating for the family. We spent plenty of time just at the pool, beach and balcony because it was so nice. Would stay again!

Clean and Comfortable
The condo was clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were added bonuses! Beaches, restaurants, and stores were close and it was easy travel to visit popular beaches in both Florida and Alabama. We had a Great Week!!
