Marshmallow 'n Moonshine is a beautiful luxury cabin that adds a little slice of pie to your vacation needs. This very spacious cabin sits up in the prestige Eagle Mountain Phase 3 area. The home is perched on a hillside corner lot with plenty of room to play and hike the area! The spacious open floor plan begins in the common room with a magnificent gas log fireplace with a rock finish going from floor to ceiling. The kitchen offers a large granite countertop you will love with plenty of seating for everyone! Around the back of the cabin, there is another large ground-level deck with a relaxing outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Marshmallow 'n Moonshine is truly a place you will love!

On the first floor, you will find two king bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.

As you head upstairs you will find the additional two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The upstairs loft also offers 6 bunk beds, pull out sofa, full bathroom and a game area, with a small balcony overlooking the beautiful wooded area.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Excellent stay, zero issues, just as described!

Such a fun cabin!!!! We traveled with 4 families (8 kids). Our kids LOVED the bunk beds. I was slightly worried about our young travelers’ sleep with the bunk beds being in the loft area, but none of the kids had any issues falling asleep or being woken up by the adults downstairs. They all had such a fun time in the loft area! The cabin was extremely clean, very well stocked, and the beds are VERY comfortable (a very important thing for me)! We traveled with my infant, and the rooms were nice and quiet (no creaks or noisy hinges, and with a sound machine, you couldn’t hear much through the door), and we just all had the best time. The outdoor living space with the fireplace and tv was my favorite! When we book our trip again, we will check if this cabin is available. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Marshmallows and Moonshine couldn't have been any better!!!

My husband and I gave our children a five day trip for their families for Christmas. I found this rental and thought it would be great for 16 of us. And it was AMAZING!! We had a blast and sincerely hated to leave. Everything we needed was there and more. The kitchen had everything you could want in a kitchen. Every bedroom had a large bathroom. The kids room has six bunk beds on the wall and a couch that turned into a bed, as well as shuffleboard and a soccer game table (can't remember what it is called), as well as a table for more games and an outdoor patio. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio one night and watching TV while visiting. Several nights we used to make s'mores while sitting around the fire. And we used the hot tub several times. We can't say enough about this house. If you are considering it, I am sure you will love it!! We will definitely be back!!!

This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. It was beautiful and we had so much fun and relaxation the fireplaces and game room was the bomb. Everybody had there own bathroom it was wonderful.

Awesome!

We just returned from our stay at Marshmallows and Moonshine. We loved it! It was spacious and very nice. It was clean and everything was working the way it should. Bathrooms are big, and we loved the rustic feel of the cabin. Recommend this cabin for a large family!

AMAZING

We had rented another house initially with TreeLine Rentals but that house sold and TreeLine offered us this house. And I’m so glad they did! This house was amazing! We had a total of 8 women, a baby and a dog and there plenty of room for us all. We will rent again with TreeLine! My only suggestion is that the rooms need a full length mirrors, maybe hung on the inside of the closet doors. Our stay was perfect and we’re already planning to make this a yearly tradition!

Fun relaxing time.

We stayed at the cabin with 3 other families. The cabin had the right amount of space to accommodate all 4 families and kids. The kids truly enjoyed the kids space upstairs with all of the games and bunk beds. They had a blast sharing that space with their friends. The adults enjoyed the ample common areas in and around the cabin. The kitchen was stocked with all of what we needed. It is a beautiful cabin very well maintained and clean.

Beautiful and spacious

The cabin was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group of 9. When we first arrived, there was soft music playing and a fireplace screen on the TV - made us feel like we were walking into a resort! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. They even had a stand alone ice maker so we never ran out of ice! The beds were so comfortable and linens were perfect. We were even provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each of the bathrooms. We'd definitely stay here again!
