About this property

PackerPlex Properties was initially founded in 2008 by three friends who wanted to to create the ultimate lodging experience for those Green Bay Packer fans traveling up to Green Bay wanting the complete “Packer” experience. Since then, PackerPlex Properties has branched out to also include weddings, corporate retreats, graduations, family reunions, TV station simulcasts, & corporate tailgate parties. We were the first residential property in Green Bay to rent out a residential house for Packers’ related events. Now, sixteen years later, we have since added the The Tailgate Zone @ PackerPlex. This multi faceted 1,000 sq ft building located on the property offers additional year-round event options along with the existing 2,100 sq ft house and can be rented for an additional fee.
