The space
This cute home is located in a peaceful area of the city, only 12-15 minutes from the city center, with the advantage of being in a calmer location, more silent and very accesible to everything the city has to offer.

4 BEDROOMS available:

1: Main bedroom upstairs: queen bed, private and large bathroom, desk, working chair, reading lamp and balcony
2.- Secondary room upstairs with queen bed and shared bathroom with big window facing the big three in the street and the garden of the house, lamp and proper desk to work
3.- Secondary room upstairs with double bed and shared bathroom with big window facing the garden of the house, proper desk to work and lamp
3.- Secondary room upstairs with double bed and shared bathroom with big window facing the garden of the house, proper desk to work and lamp
4 studio / 4th bedroom : with single bed and shared bathroom facing the parking & proper desk to work.

Be aware that I live in this house and when i travel, i share it for travelers. However, my 2 cats (nube and pelusita) and fishes stay at home and my helper will come every 2 days to feed them and water the plants. Other pets are not allowed in the house for the same reason.
I will make sure you find everything organized and tidy, will make space for your staff so you can feel comfortable and homie. Please only book if you feel comfortable with furry friends :)
I dont smoke and prefer not tobacco in the house! Sorry tobacco lovers !!

Cleaning is included : i have a great team who will be in charge of you (i have my business of guest houses so i am a very experiences host!

The house has a garage with a electric door that opens with a control. I will give you so you can put your car inside. There is place for 2 cars
