Just what we needed!

We were in town for a family event. We wanted something more private than a hotel but at a similar price point. This property gave us just what we needed. The house is open and inviting. It was clean and cozy. The game area kept us occupied during down moments. And the host was available and easy to communicate with.

Great Family Get Together

This home gave us a perfect environment for family fun. It has multiple areas to gather and socialize. It is very clean and well decorated, so it was immediately very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware, so much better than I’ve experienced in other rentals. The home is in a great location, easy access to many shops and restaurants. The host, Marci, is very responsive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this home to others. We had a wonderful stay and look to going back to this home in the future.

College Graduation Weekend

It was a perfect place for our family gathering for my daughter's graduation with her PH.D. It was perfect for my adult children, their significant others, elderly family members and my husband and I have a very nice weekend. We had plenty of room to socialize and catch up. The host and house both exceeded our expectations.

New Years at Kings Island

As advertised and more. No problems, 5 star, great space. Room for everyone. Each of our 3 teen daughters brought a friend. We celebrated WinterFest at Kings Island, shopped the wonders of Jungle Jim's, and watched the Buckeyes crush Oregon on New Year's Day on the biggest TV ever in the living room. The house is in a super-convenient, quiet neighborhood. Our host Marcy was kind, helpful, and responsive. Kitchen well stocked with extras. The game room in the garage was chilly but popular with the kids. Congrats, you've found your next stay. Close the other browser windows, this is the one.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay as we visited with our adult kids & 2 grandkids as they live close by. Having all the toys for our 2 1/2 yr old grandson was a huge bonus. I loved the walking trail at the end of the main road. This house is great & close to shopping & restaurants too. We enjoyed a trip to the Krishna Conservatory too.

Great accommodations in Mason

Very happy with our stay. We used the house as a location for our wedding party. Lots of sleeping areas, great living room sectional, and kitchen hang out areas.

Great option in Mason!

This home had everything we needed and suited us perfectly. We found the property to be very comfortable, convenient location, very prompt communication and clear instructions from the property owner. The mature trees on the property made for a nice shady hang out on the deck, and we loved the proximity to Pine Hills Park and the walking trails. Thank you For providing thoughtful supplies like dishwasher pods and laundry soap. If we ever have any need to stay in the area again, we will look here first!

FAMILY OF 8

We take our grown kids and their spouses away for a weekend every fall. This year we decided to go to Cincinnati. This home was perfect for our needs. We actually didn’t go to Kings Island because two of our daughters are pregnant but it would have been VERY convenient to go there from this home. Would very much stay here again.

Very nice

House is very clean and kitchen well-equipped. A grill would have been nice. The separate game room is great for the older kids and family room has lots of games and toys to keep the little ones busy. Be aware of the step-down to the family room. If you a have vision or mobility impairment, this may not be the property for you.

Property was clean and very comfortable. We really loved the gigantic sofa where we could all sit together comfortably. We were able to take a short walk to a really nice park with walking trail and small lake.

Great location and great house

We were visiting family in West Chester and this was a close and convenient location. The house was very clean and plenty big enough for our family of 5. The host was wonderful and clearly communicated with us. We would stay here again!

Kings Island Weekend

We came in for a weekend of fun - Reds game on Friday night and Kings Island on Saturday. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time but would have been great to stay another night just to enjoy all that the house available. Will definitely book again if we get the chance!!

Fun Time

Great house in a great location!

Everything about the house was perfect! It was incredibly clean and the bedrooms were perfect. The big couch in the main living room was amazing, I want it at home! We had four adults, two kids, and one teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone and the games in the garage game room were a perfect bonus. We went to Cincinnati for a Reds game and the zoo- it was an easy 30 minute drive. We also went to Topgolf and some other fun stuff, which was an easy 20 minute drive. We didn’t do much right in Mason, but it looked super cute. The host was easy to get in contact with and check in and check out was simple! It was a great stay and we will definitely stay here again.

A SWEET TIME TO CELEBRATE A SON’S 40TH BIRTHDAY

The property was just as presented, only better in real life! the kitchen had what we needed except for specific seasonings which were readily obtained at a nearby Kroegers. The master bedroom bed was too soft for me, but everything else about this place was grand. Three of our family members joined my husband and me in staying at the house. Everyone was delighted with the area, the loveliness of it and the welcome of the home itself.We had friends and family come for a meal one day and played Croquet, ping pong, air hockey & foosball. It was a quiet neighborhood and we were only active on the one day, so I hope the neighbors found us easy to have in their neighborhood.

Great stay!

This property is lovely. We were in Cincinnati for my daughter's graduation from UC and had a great time. Marcy was great and the house was spotless. Game room was fun. Only recommendation I might add is to add a grill for cooking out.

50th Birthday Celebration

The property was extremely clean and well kept. There were plenty of supplies and extra linens if needed. They had little extras like hand sanitizers throughout the home. The games etc. are a great touch. The family enjoyed playing cards into the evening. Thank you for a lovely place to stay and a lovely birthday weekend.

Awesome Property

We couldn't have ask for a better experience with this home and home owner. This home is in a great location and the home owner keeps the home in impeccable condition. The communication with the home owner was easy and messages were replied to very quickly. The homes description was spot on and the home owner seems to have thought of everything when it comes to renting out this property. My family and I loved our experience here and are planning on coming back to this property the next time we're in this area. Thank you so much for making this home available to us.

Great Family House

This was great house for my family of 5 adults attending a wedding. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, including thoughtful extras like spices and wraps. The beds are all comfortable. The host was very responsive.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean! Plenty of room for the whole family plus more. Our girls loved all the games, toys, ping pong and air hockey. The dog loved his close walks to the park and the girls loved playing at the park. Great location close to everything. Very convenient to get to Cincinnati Children’s Liberty campus for our daughter’s appointment. Looking forward to coming back to explore Kings Island, shopping and other fun places in the future!
